In my opinion, the best way to ensure that this does not happen is to ban that type of user from the forum.

Question: So, there's some creators on Fantia who set their video such that you can't view them even if you've subscribed to their plan? Like, their video was only available for a limited amount of time, and then you need to buy some sort of 'retroactive month' thing?

The fact that he's been here since 2020 should already tell him what kind of forum is this and as a creator this kind of things were bound to happen. Heck, in 3 years he is been here i am sure he also reap the benefit of pirating some paid content here.

I am actually curious now at what will he do if someone here actualy share his file, outside of reporting it ofc.

Where's all the "pirate actually help creator" and "i wont buy it anyway so it wont matter" people now that a creator suddenly here?

A bunch of creators stick around here, not even just mmd. In general the ones that are on a more offensive stance regarding piracy don't even bother partaking, they just strike from afar and wait.
The others just accepts that piracy is the second face of the monetization coin, and there is no need to specify that porn has more traction than most things.
They accept that it's sort of inevitable and for the most part it's just easier to know where you are leaking from rather than displacing it all every few months.

Antagonizing people sucks to begin with, and very few platforms have good ways to prevent mass-scraping atm, either way.

Finally, the people partaking in these sharing threads are possibly a tiny percentage, compared to the ones actively purchasing the same shared content. Piracy does not /help/ in advertising, no, but it doesn't really harm much, either.

(also you could argue creators who condemn piracy but spend time on sharing forums are a tad on the hypocritical side but that's a different kind of topic)
