I'd like to get a thread started where people post designs for the player owned location templates. I have a link I can share that has a number of apartment, house, and yacht designs if people would like to add. I'd love for people to drop more and in particular some car designs.

I am seeking to find originals tempaltes from properties to make my own designs also.
A premium player gived me the one for the apartment (one bed), but i am looking for all (houses, yatch, boat etc)
If you have tempates don't hésitate !

Some are better than others but there's a handful of nice ones in there. It has Yachts, 2 Bedroom House, and plenty of Studio designs. The one thing it lacks that I'm looking for personally, are garage designs.
