You must make a peace treaty with the monster race. If you do it, the adventurer girl will lose her job and decide to join the harem.

Seems so, the queen comes and ask for it sometimes but never takes it and always gives you some money.

If you're cheating gold, then you can just spam yes and people and happiness will increase naturally.
If you're not cheating gold, then sometimes they ask for too much gold and you'll need to say no sometimes. And sometimes the actress comes and asks if you hate her, if you say yes there is small happiness penalty that doesn't matter at the time you unlocked her.
