If you mean just default gens and not golden palace or new gens then the genitals texture will be in with the character.

If you go into your character product and go to the materials:

You should see one called "[character name] Genitals"

Some characters don't have it though, some have it though, mostly characters depicted as teens/kids for obvious reasons.

Just click on the genitals in your "scene" tab, under the character drop down and double click the genitals material.
