So, according to the walkthrough, you should be able to use the Whisper Date Move on Phoebe when on date with her. No icon for that ever appears, and you cannot access your inventory during the scene.

Game looks interesting, but seems like it has a lot of lockouts and bugs. Going to just wait for the final product with walkthrough.
That happened to me on my second attempt. I think that happens if you've reached the point where you are supposed to meet her there during the day for the Hoodlum era main quest.
The art style is great, and like the humor but there are a lot of bugs.
1.6 the game locks if you try to talk with Hana about the picture you dug up. It also completely freezes when trying to access the Sweet Escape Club in backstreets.

uh what. Care to show proof. The data is inside the game.exe btw. That's why its over 900 MB in size. though its first time I seen an RPGM game put all its assets inside exe and not in separate files. I guess they don't want ppl to steal their assets and such.
Edit: I scanned the exe and no virus of any kind showed up. Used Malwarebytes and Windows Defender to scan it. Not sure what you found.
Edit2: As you can see its a false positive. Nothing to worry about. No Virus.

Hunter era is super bugged. I can't actually enter it, it just puts me in the hero era but with the hunter icon.
