Right, I've gotten the cat ending, got the Futa trait, and then gotten another ending so Voice is no longer a cat, and I've been clearing tiles and checking the hotsprings on Route A11 for the past hour or two, and not once has she appeared there. Is there some other condition that she needs to appear or is the chance just quite low?

It seems as if she can appear independently of the futa trait, whenever you clear a tile and it gets the little x ontop you check hotsprings.
You get dialogue without the trait and the scene with it. Honestly I would not say it's worth it as that sounds like a lot of time; to me it seems to be a really low chance and I got it within like 20m of lining up the endings, if you're saying an hour plus then that's brutally low chance
The only time you cannot 'pass' your turn while an enemy occupies the same tile as your character is if you have a Transformation that replaces the standard stun move for shoving enemies off that tile. (Sheep TF comes to mind)
Otherwise you should be able to 'pass' turns by directly interacting with the tile your character is on, unless I am misunderstanding something?
Not sure if this is the issue, but when I got the scene it wasn't the hotsprings on the mission map but the one available upper left on the 'homebase' where you start out and can spend the gems to remove transformations.
I've never been able to just wait when on the same tile as an enemy. It's always replaced with "wait + push", which prevents remaining on the same tile as an enemy and usually flinches them. Great for escaping, but there's no option to just hard 'wait'.

Hello y'all, I come here today NOT with a new version, still far away from that, but instead with a preview of the new Lamia enemy.
About 2 days ago dev dropped their sketch for the Lamia, and talked a bit about how they go about doing art. Still not much on how they'll work or what fetishes/kinks the Lamia will have, but I'm sure we'll know soon!

Me too, the Wolf scene was one of the best unbirth scenes I've seen in a game.Meanwhile, I am just sitting here and not too quietly praying there will be more unbirth stuff introduced into the game... What can I say, that stuff is super addictive to me!

After using some transformation, I exit the gallery and the transformation disappears. Is this normal or a bug? Is there any way to exit the gallery transformed?
The gallery is exactly that, though: A gallery. It's a distinct and separate part from the actual game world, so nothing you do or change in there can or even should affect what goes on outside it. And that is pretty much how it works in every single other game out there for that matter, so I'm not sure what has you thinking it would be a "bug" or some such thing...

One my favorites is a niche one that you don't see anywhere near as much.
It's been in a couple of the games I've played, but not done very much. Breast expansion via energy drain in some fashion (semen absorption, level drain, age drain, etc etc, another variation of it is when the characters take in semen or the other means I mentioned and evolve (monster girls), in some way too).
Closest thing to that in this game is the milk, which you can go past the stat if you keep drinking it, not permanent though.

Well, it's spoiling it a bit and it's not a big feature of the scene, but the 'normal' variant of the special satyr ending does have her casually mention that energy-draining the player character so much grew her a nice big futa dick that's just aching to be used. It's not breasts specifically, but it is a drain transformation. I love small details like that.
And booting up the game to refresh my memory on that scene, I once again have to appreciate how much character some of the monster girls are given despite their limited screen time. One time you'll be treated to the Fox being a crude hornball during the initial loading cutscene, the next time you'll see her acting surprisingly gentle and affectionate for once. They all really do have their own legitimate personalities.
