Yeah it seems to be a bit finnicky, but it IS there. After filling the bar once, try to go back to the starting area and go between there and the gallery/recollection area so it triggers a class reset. I think that's what allowed me to see it.
Dev will likely throw a hotfix for that sometime soon.
Also, I think when you have the cupid recolor or something like that among your statuses/curses it means that you do indeed have it.
Thank you, I think it was either that or the going downstairs in gallery room and clicking on the what looks like a box of mushrooms, but one of the two got it working. Checked in status tab and it was there at the bottom. I did some testing and the box at the bottom of gallery didn't work to get it back, as got caught up by foxes and lost it. Had to get back from imps, then found popping in and out of the gallery room to get it to behave.

While there isn't THAT much to the new content, its still arguably more substantial than what was in the last version I skipped.
Now, what was added you may ask? Well a new dong! Specifically, a PLAYER dick. So yes, now you can be a futa.
For now its just a thing you can have and the npcs/enemies will comment on, and it also shows up in some scenes where it'd be relevant. But presumably it'll do more in future versions, AND there might be alternative styles/types of cocks too that you can gain.
If its not your cup of tea, there is a content/kink toggle you can use so you don't have to deal with it.
Now for you slobs too lazy to read the changelog, you can get it from a new shard/item that imps drop when defeated. Collect enough of them and now you've got dick. Anyways that's enough yapping from me, happy gooning and see you next version!

Thank you for updating with hotfix, as well as for keeping up with the updates in general (^ ' . ' )^ Also looks like the player futa has been removed for the time being, at least I couldn't get one of the gems to drop from imps, and lower area of gallery is gone as well. Back to the normal appearance.

Will have to try again then, it could be that I was just getting bad luck with them not dropping them, but didn't see the bottom stairs for the gallery like in the non hotifxed version. ** Edit ** Ok so I see what my problem was, brain wasn't probably working too well when I saw the hotfix links posted, and instead of going back up to the post and downloading from those links I grabbed it from the front page.. whoops, my bad

Yeah I'm not a mod, uploader, dev, or any other title that would have thread permissions lol. I simply update whatever my latest version post is.
If you want the main post links updated, I believe you have to click on the report button on whichever post has a link to latest the version( mine in this case) and choose the game update one in the report menu. Eventually a mod, uploader, or thread master/op/etc will get around to updating main post links then.
