if your chrome prevented the download , or defender said "ml" at the end of the threat type , then try to redownload it right now , most likely will no longer be detected as i was able to download it just now through chrome and defender was silent , malwarebytes also silent

i had same thing in some other new renpy game here , virus detected in both chrome & defender but then in less than 21h later no longer detected , assumingly because microsoft and google flagged the thing as a false positive
