VN - Ren'Py - Onhold - Money or Morals [Day 3] [Ronovan]

Stellar game. Should be renamed Loli Hunter, but regardless, the story and character design are both amazing. Overall, if you love lolis, hot milfs and a badass MC, and don't mind porn logic and questionable morals, this is the game for you. Lots of content for v0.3 too, not bad.

The most important thing I appreciate the dev is for allowing us to choose what we wanna watch or not. This is for every scene not just the taboo ones. I am an incest degenerate but I hate loli stuff. Some games that I have played had mandatory loli quests ruining the story or gameplay for me. But that is not the case for this game and hence the high rating (even if not complete yet).

The plot has potential but is still building. The animations are good but as said in some other reviews could be better.

I recommend people to try it out. And will also be watching for future updates as the incest is just picking up pace.

Brilliant. Very promising VN, that will quickly become one of my favorites, if it continues to develop in this direction.

This is a harem power fantasy about chad MC fucking everything that moves, sprinkled with mystery plot. It pushes all the right buttons as power fantasy, MC is fairly manipulative, cynical and domineering, without feeling like an edgelord. It’s a very hot experience overall. While the story itself is only sets up, it is fairly intriguing and has quite a dark tone.

It’s your good old HS2, but the models crafted and picked up quite well, and game generally feels nice and polished. Some characters are super hot, cast, if you haven’t figured out by looking on tags yet, very diverse, from MILF’s with giant breasts to petit loly’s, and everything in between, but even if you are not comfortable with that, I would still recommend you to try the game, since you can skip almost any scene and there is enough content for everyones taste.

What feels like a real cherry on top, is the animations. As far as I understand, dev already had experience making adult animations, and it shows. They are deliberately somewhat unrealistic, but very emotionally satisfying and hot. It really adds flavor to the sex scene and to other scenes too. Also, there is some sound effects and voice effects, which is aways appreciated and adds to the experience.

I would like to add some of my notes and wishes, they won’t affect rating, cuz they are very me-specific, but this is a still thing I would liked to see improved.
First, animations are very cool, but not so very optimized. My processor just can’t take it and some animations turn into 5 fps mess. Now, I do have very old PC, but I saw some of the games on this site that look and animated fancier, and yet they run perfectly well. So there is defiantly some room for improvement.
Second, it would not hurt to have some sort of in game journal, with some basic info about characters. In time between updates I forgot who is half of the characters and some details about them. It is always nice to have in games with such a large cast.
And third, you cant just say who won favorite character vote on a black background and that’s it. You have to make a little show from it!

I'm a little shocked that none of the other reviews were particularly loud about this yet. Games that say they have lolis in them are a dime a dozens on this site. However, I have yet to run into many that are utterly unapologetic about having genuine thirteen year olds (and younger...) as potential lewd targets. There are a number of girls in this game that are young. Really young. Like, uncomfortable, is this a horror game, squick kinda young. I think one of them is nine? She looks nine.

It's fucky. Buyer beware.

The base game auto-evades some of the choices leading to risque situations with underage girls and uses your definitely-not-family's names instead of their familial title. I ran a quick jaunt to compare it to the taboo patch and... still not enough. There are a lot of scenes with the MC around very young girls that have a downright sinister tone to them if you're aware he's that type of predator, taboo patch or not. There's definitely missing context on some scenes as well.

Anyway, the game overall is basically an opt-in, opt-out style choice based VN. You choose the scenes you want to see or not and that's about it. As near as I can tell, your choices don't have an impact on the story or the MC unless lewd or not lewd will have ramifications in the future. As of yet, I've seen no changes.

The story is slow. At this point, I'd call it basically a slice-of-life. It's a mundane retelling of the MC's day to day life and attempts to find his niche. There are whispers that things are going to get interesting, but they're on the periphery at the moment, but moving closer.

The characters are pretty flat. None of them have a lot of depth to them outside of their role. There are hints that the MC has a little more personality than the eye candy, but it's all hints so far with nothing solid. It's early in the game's development, so hopefully more playtime will work to fix things.

The models look fairly good overall, with a particular focus on the animations. There are some legitimately good sex scenes that have a little more polish than most of the games utilizing this software. Bonus points for syncing sounds to some of the animations as well. On the other hand, there are some downright ridiculous looking buildings and scenery.

If your favored age bracket is unacceptably young, this is definitely a game to keep an eye on. While the story and characters are lacking at the moment, it's possible they'll develop into something worthwhile. For everyone else however, I'd keep a distance unless you really enjoy gut churning discomfort and will-they/won't-they horror.

This is a masterpiece in the making. A lot of plots tends to over compensate with story elements that drag on the gameplay, and others the complete opposite where it's just incessant random horny scenes. This isn't that. MC's thoughts and actions are inline with the perfect amount of depravity without taking away from the story. The models are amazing too, good work!

Holy hell, i'm a picky one when it come to Hentai game but jesus cry, can't complain about this one.

This is easy an 9/10 for me, cant wait to see more.

This game has a lot of good elements but it focuses WAY too hard on inane conversations. The amount of small talk, useless and boring information is 70% of the game and it's driving me mad. It gets in the way of everything. Character development isn't even interesting when you first gotta slog through the amazon rainforest of banalities. Story? Plot? I don't know! I can't get through the thick oatmeal of pointless conversations!

Some great renders though and the sex scenes are nicely animated.

First thing positive:
The story, although it is simple, is really enjoyed, I did not think there were unnecessary dialogues or text. It's just about a young man looking for a life and interacting with other people.
Graphically very good, good character design, and the animations are smooth.
If you are into certain "fetishes", the game does not disappoint.
Finally I have noticed that until this second update, the game has content. You can tell the Dev is trying hard.

The negative:
The development of characters and how is the relationship with the protagonist, seems a little poor to me.

Conclusion: It has a very good start, which is a lot to say. For now I give it 5 stars, because its development is early.

Gotta say, I'm pleasantly surprised about this one. Nice characters, models, amazing animations and a coherent story. I'm also surprised in a good way about the taboo patch, not many games have lolis these day due to obvious reasons but its really nice nonetheless. Additionally, as some folk have said already its still too early but it looks really promising.

This is going to the top quick, get on now. No complaints, Daz would top it off but do not have a complaint about any of it. Great renders, animations and written better than most, probably its strongest area, its hot. I supported instantly I finished my play through. Look forward to more.

Yep! Good shit!
Nice looking models, decent and enjoyable story, good and cohesive writing with few orthographic and other little mistakes (nothing much, among of what I spotted), sympathetic girls, kinky and hot situations. Everything is good, but it's only day two. It's only started, so it is quite short for now, only 2 releases. Tho, there's already many good scenes and scenes, with heavy corrupting aspect, surprisingly mostly of MC himself. You will decide yourself how deep rabbit hole can be.

You really should check this one out. Oh, and don't forget too follow/support dev, if you liked it. (ofc, if your IRL situation lets you)

There is a few areas where it's rough around the edges, background visuals and transitions, and unfortunately the MC is the generic 'Giga Chad Godcock' character, but the girls are cute, varied, and the renders are REALLY good. Like way better than the rest of the game, which I don't mean as an insult, they are just really that good. The dev clearly took a lot of time actually mapping out the motions of 'sex' and didn't just take two assets and shove them together over a porn soundtrack. The effort is appreciated.

Oh, and also: with the taboo patch, you get actual lolis. CUTE lolis, to boot. Very rare.

Amazing start. Does not waste your time. I appreciate that so much. The taboo is amazing. Although some of the girls look like they were hit with a shrink ray, overall I'm totally impressed and the renders animations are far better than average. Did not actually need the twist at the end of day 2, but I'm not against it so far. Was happy with the prospects of just messing with a school, kinda not sure I need the distraction, but will see where it goes.

Still early, but it looks promising, story has some mystery which is excellent. I can't comment on the sound, because I play without it. Generally speaking, if you like being the "alpha" male this game is worth a shot, looking forward to seeing how it develops. Good luck dev.

Okay, the game knows why you're here and decides to blast you in the face with 10 times more than what you expect. No beating around the bush, pedal to the metal until you stomp on the brake yourself. Great renders, quite immersive also. The writing is funny and intelligent without the cheesiness. Not a slow-burning experience and please, do read the tags before playing. Although i would like the game to have actions in the future, the MC is cool but he's not badass. Put him on the grindset will surely make the rewards more worthwhile.

If you like playing as a hot guy who steals girls and, well, look at the previews and you can probably tell where this game is going (MC is starting as a tutor) this game is probably for you.

Cons: MC looks blocky "sometimes" (other times he looks great), kind of like 2000s fighting games. also sometimes he stands with his legs together and it really doesn't look right, nothing wrong with a guy standing with their legs close together but it just looks wrong with the rest of his body, kind of like gym bro chicken legs.
