Good idea. for specific fetish people but the game have almost no story development as of late and is full of bugs, problem, crashes. As a result of all the great improvements the developer decided to lock the HD quality of the game behind a paywall. My suggestion is to lock the whole game behind a paywall, so we can pirate it anyway. GG.

Pretty decent use of what seem like overused assets at this point. Minor gripe is that if everyone has ample assets, no-one has ample assets. I would prefer the vampires kept more of their original form and became less bimbofied but this is probably in keeping with the story's lore wrt the main antagonist/protagonist. Transformed character models can feel more samey than before which may be part of the point but it still may be off-putting.
Composition and rendering of the shots is pretty good. Writing is decent. A nice feature is being able to view some scenes from an ordinary human's perspective, with the vampiric glamour intact.
Content-wise, don't know if it's intentional or not but feels like the author has some sense of the role of vampire mythos in sexual taboos and is exploring that.
The hopping between protagonists, false endings etc. may not be to everyone's liking but I find it breaks up the monotony of what would otherwise be a typical kinetic novel progression.
Yet another better love story than Twilight.

Hope the deverloppers will add futa transformation soon. This game is so very interest. Especially for the character Lisa if she have a futanari transformation when she become the blood queen there will be an exploded screen for this game.

I gave this game a good try, i like HS characters, vamps and even corruption so it did sound like it had great potential.

But i just couldent get into the story, it just get way to annoying with all the pick blood lines, and going back in time so let say you have turned Lisa, Katie, Jenny into vamps in one or more bloodlines, then you unlock something in a bloodline that takes you back and now none of them are vamps, if i did it in worng order or this is just how its supposed to be i dont know, i dident like it at all.
Sometimes you have something unlocked like i had Ben visit the temple unlocked, so i click it play it and it still shows as unlocked even thought it should only show unlocked when you havent played it..small things but it adds to the annoying list.

The girls fuck men left and right you dont have a pick since its all kinetic you cant turn anyone without fucking them as well, so cant really bond with any of the chars they are all just vamp whores fucking everything, i mean if i was the vamp that turned the girls i would want them to be mine alone, but game is just one pick group fuckfest with multiple men which just isent my thing.

Then theres the hole switch perspectives that pops up constantly, i dont see the point of it and it gets extreemly annoying, i mean you pick what bloodline you want to play so why would it pop up with that shit a million times to follow someone elses views when i already picked the one i want to follow.

And dont even get me started on how becoming a vamp works, guys get a dick that is so huge that it goes from the pussy to her tits in lenght, which the girls can ride the full lenght of, its just to idiotic to me.
The girls them self was perfect to start with since i love the smaller tits on HS models but then for some idiotic reason when they become vamps they grow huge tits which is the biggest turn-off to me, i truely just dont like them, i also hate that weird grey skin tone they all get its just so ugly, so that also ruined the game for me.

I thought it would be a million times more fun to play that innocent school girl with small tits running around turning people into vamps or drinking their blood, but all being huge titted bimbo whores is just not for me.
And not just that when they turn vamp they just all look the same there is no more unique looks and they feel the same no matter who you play.

Animations are short and not really good, sometimes it looks more like the girl grinds on the dick when shes supposed to be riding it, looked weird.

Music is pretty ok, nothing special but ok.

I will write my perspective and review on what Moniker Smith is trying to accomplish with this visual novel to help address the criticism in other reviews. This is based on what I have observed from playing through the scenes and as a corruption enthusiast.

The main fetish in the visual novel is widespread and individual corruption. The appeal of seeing a well-adjusted individual turn into depraved or primal reflection of themselves free of common worries. From a societal-scale, an uptight community will change into a hedonistic swinger society. In this niche of corruption, EVERYONE will change: the good, the bad, the weak, and the strong. Ultimately, every person will end up in the same social caste and circumstance. Their purpose reduced into the pursuit of earthly gratification and sharing this mentality with others. The central plot and many development decisions are designed with this fetish in mind.

Not everyone likes Honey Select (HS) and it may take time to get accustomed with the character models. The decision to use HS is to reduce development time and explore a larger variety of corruption scenarios. Each character ends up in the same state: black hair, red irises, pale skin, tattoos, fangs, elongated tongue, and exaggerated sexual proportions for both genders. While some will criticize the decision to make characters look the same, it reinforces the idea that every person will end in the same state of depravity regardless of intellect, personality, or wealth. However, there are still differences between characters through hairstyles, tattoos, physiques, and facial structures. Unfortunately, there is a lack of facial customization for male models in HS, so the differences are more apparent with female vampires. If you want more visual variation, the novel offers glamor forms in certain scenes which feature human disguises in varying colors.

In other reviews, the expanding cast of characters and POVs are off-putting. With this specific story premise, I would not have done much different either in game design. You need an expanding cast of characters to explore the different corruption avenues, scenarios, and interactions. There are hints which already exist in the character page highlighting the path to unlock various characters. A general direction can also be found in update notes or replaying certain scenes in the game. I personally didn't have a problem with the game design. However, I do agree there could be some improvements with the direction and flow to make it less disjointed for others or having a short guide on how to unlock scenes that you miss.

The greatest thing about corruption is the variety of other fetishes it can be paired with. Some that are featured in this game include: breast milk, gimbofication, incest (optional), etc. I've only seen one NTR style scene for those who may be concerned. Characters are in constant lewd scenes with different people, it's basically swinging and I don't consider that to be NTR. Keep in mind NTR and corruption are often paired together by many creators, so there may be additional exploration on this theme in the future.

In terms of production. Moniker Smith has exceeded many creators in both F95zone and other platforms. As of the time of this review, he has published 50+ updates of the game! He has consistent monthly renders of new scenes. Even with monthly updates, the quality of renders and writing has not decreased. People are able to access new patches for free a month after release on Patreon. For me at least, every update has enough content to leave me satisfied. Supporters are allowed to vote for story elements on Patreon. He also publishes daily pictures for both paid and free supporters.

In terms of my criticism, coming from a different perspective, I do agree with many reviews that the story has suffered a drop in quality. I will expound on my thoughts in a forum post. The things I am critical of can be easily rectified in future patches so it isn’t affecting my rating of the game at the moment. I do think the installation should be simple. Many seem to be confused because the names of the files are not clear.

I like the story of corruption and vampire orgies but the way the story is constantly pushing you to switch perspectives is an incredible turn-off for me.

The models aren't the best but they're not the worst I've seen by far either. What might cause a problem for some is the bimbofied version when they become vampires and the insistence that every vampire be covered in tattoos for some reason.

The story is pretty generic imho, some guy becomes a vampires through chance and it starts a vampire epidemic throughout the city but instead of an horror vibe the vibe is depravity and orgies.

Gameplay is as I said quite a turn-off for me since you have to follow bloodlines (people turned into vampires or who will be turned) until you unlock enough to unlock the true ending. And even within a bloodline the game pushes you to switch perpective between the characters on scene. All this switching makes it so I can't get into the game and it's story at all.

Loved the game at first. Great models, great designs. But as I played on, the designs, while good, lack variety, especially on the male side. At one point, I thought Tom was Ben (The MC) because after transformation, they all look the effin same.

The story also has significant issues with focus and pacing. When the game first started, it was fun exploring different character's perspective, but as the game goes on, it becomes annoyingly difficult to remember who is who. Maybe it's because new characters are being introduced without rhyme or reason. Maybe it's also because they're just walking tropes waiting to be bimbofied, so when character number #53 is transformed, it feels cheap and boring.

Like another reviewer said, the game would seriously benefit from a remake which a significantly cut down ensemble of characters, but that likely won't happen. Nevertheless, the renders are still visually appealing, and being a pretty porn gallery thinly veiled as a visual novel isn't bad (we all know why we're here), but knowing that this game could have been much so much more, makes the current direction the game is headed quite dissapointing.

Game is amazing in some ways and really bad with others sadly thats a harsh truth for this one and THİS ONE NEEDS A REMAKE sadly this is anohter big truth here if AUTHOR ever remake this with one MC with slow development with good pacing i think this can be 5/5 but as for now its goes between 3 to 4.

Many mc or lets say others stories is not that bad but thats makes story really bland and boring like you wanna play as first character aka MC but then you need to play others then again again same thing thats can be sometimes boring.

I love sex scene they are good and plus to that I LOVE VAMPİRES AND DARK STORY so this one treat for me but like i said before this one need really Remake if author does that this can be really good one and i can understand why rating was like average is like 3 star thats makes sense.

Lastly i wanna say this one still good but need to stick one character than many until than my score is 3.5 star.

Personal opinion of course but I've had a hard time with this one.

Book one was very fun with new characters who were fleshed out (literally and, well, figuratively.) Unfortunately as the game has gone forward we constantly get new characters and transformations with little attention given to any one character for any length of time.

Some of those I enjoyed have either been put on the back burner or forgotten completely. Each new update includes new characters and "vamping" without really fleshing any of them out both in a narrative and sexual sense.

It's a shame since I really enjoyed it.

I gave this one an honest shot and while I appreciate the effort in trying to make a compelling story that intertwines points of views, I find the actual scenes and models lacking. I find myself wishing that the models didn't transform SO drastic. I mean I get that these are vampires and In Myth, Vampires can be highly sexual but.......Bimbofied? Yeah, I just don't care for it and I get it's the creator's prerogative, but man, it really takes me out of the fantasy to see young women grow huge tits and fat asses and call it a vampire.

I would have loved to see subtle transformations and slight body modifications.....On top of that, as many have also stated, they really start looking the same, not to mention a lot of scenes are just......boring. maybe it's lack of sound or weird camera angles or little animation...I just don't know. I'm not completely bashing this VN, just........kinda disappointed in it.

But it's just one guys opinion

So many perspectives to see it's point of view from. It's highly refreshing to change the pace . Let's I been playing one female vampire character for 1 and a half. I just Switch the bloodline into a human teacher. Its bloody brilliant!.

The only thing I find negative about this game, is it's lack of voice acting. And in depth interactive choices would add the final touches
Everything else otherwise Is really excellent.

Yes, there is no real gameplay to speak of, and you just jump from the perspective of character to character.
Yes, all of the girls turn into vampires that all look pretty similar.
Yes, the game is only about 5% story, and that story isn't fantastic.
But hot damn if this isn't some of the hottest scenes in any game on this site. If corruption if your fetish, give this one a try.

I continue to follow this. I am pretty much a hard core vampire enthusiast and SME and I have hopes that this will improve in quality. The story... totally lacking. The models are not bad. The story.... that is what kills me on this one. I am hoping that it dramatically improves though. Best wishes Dev.

This is surprisingly complex and well written.

If I was playing this for the first time again, I would start with Lisa's storyline and go all the way through that before moving on to the others-it would be a better slow burn to see everything from a non vampire perspective before seeing what's going on behind the scenes.

Honestly, the amount of seeming forethought and effort put into having like 20 different storylines all intersecting at various points and slowly revealing the whole vampire outbreak shows an incredible amount of attention to detail that you don't normally see in visual novels like this. It's obviously 90% porn, but all of it is given a great amount of context and draws you into genuinely being interested in what's going to happen next. I think if it wasn't porn, I would still want to go through and see the story just on it's merits as a story, which I can't say about any other pornographic media I've ever consumed.

It's generally understood that you're not supposed to care about the pizza delivery guy's backstory or what he was doing before he showed up with that chick's extra sausage pizza she ordered, and when writers try to get you to care about the flimsy porn premise they're not good enough writers to actually write something compelling instead of a tedious barrier to what you wanted to see. This developer is actually a good enough writer, who understands plot and exposition and pacing, and doesn't make you go through a bunch of bullshit before any actual sex happens but instead just weaves the sex and the plot together in an effective way where you can enjoy both simultaneously.

So that's obviously a great achievement and props to the writing and the worldbuilding. The only reason it's not a perfect 5 is that the sex scenes get a bit samey, with pretty similar content after a while. There's a few animations sprinkled in but it's mostly static images with no sound effects or voiceover.

But I understand that the thing I really like about this game is also probably a large reason why the creator can't take the time to add animations and sound editing to every scene-there's just so MUCH content, with various intersecting storylines, that they've likely prioritized developing more scenes and more characters instead of putting a huge amount of time into making every scene more detailed. Overall, I'm glad the developer decided to prioritize what they prioritized, but it is a porn game and at a certain point I was more interested in the story itself and skipped through some of the porn-so as a medium to deliver porn it sort of failed at it's intended goal in some aspects.

Would definitely recommend giving it a shot. Maybe you'll find the sex scenes more compelling than I did or the story less compelling than I did, but this is certainly a well made product with a lot of thought and care put into it and a lot of good solid content. Looking at the changelog it seems like the developer adds content and polishes old content regularly as well, so shit even if you don't like it in it's current state you might like it more in 6 months. I'll definitely be checking back in the future.

P.S. Looking through a lot of the thread, I see people asking stuff like "Is the MC a male or female? How do I start my building my harem?" etcetera, so to clarify there is no 'protagonist' or player character, you just follow multiple characters throughout the story, unlocking new ones as you go. And you don't really control the characters per se, you just unlock new characters and see their perspective of what's happening. It's not a choose your own adventure type thing, it's more of unlocking new content by unlocking new characters and seeing what they specifically are doing over the course of the story. And there are a couple cases where you need to unlock enough characters before you can move on in the story, so there is some gameplay in finding which characters unlock other characters but it really is a visual novel in the truest sense. If that's not your jam and you like a more interactive experience then that may be a deal breaker, but it is 100% what it says it is: a novel with visuals, not a choose your own adventure, not a game where you've got tacked on rpg elements and a map to move around. It does what it does well, but it doesn't do more than that.
  15. 5.00 star(s)

    winddoww

It's a visual novel with multiple 3rd person POVs (females and males). It's not designed to be immersive from a 1st person MC POV. I think if you like this particular type of content, you will find it amazing. I almost would call it a masterpiece in some ways. There is a big chance this niche and type of story isn't your cup of tea. The corruption elements are the selling point of the visual novel. Some corruption elements will take time to build up before reaching the climax. There aren't any games that can beat Bloodlines in this specific corruptive niche. The Honey models might be a put-off at first, but I got over it pretty quick.

This isn't a bestselling story with emotional motifs and all that stuff. It goes right into the hardcore stuff pretty quick, no twenty minutes of dialogue or grinding elements. The plot and premise itself is well developed to fit the corruption elements.

Most importantly, the creator is stellar in updates and development. I can't praise them enough for the amount of stuff they have released and the consistency of updates both for free and paid members! If anything, give it a try for the creator!

5/5 stars because of how well it caters to the niche and the efforts of Moniker Smith.

    Moniker Smith's Bloodlines [v0.22 Public] review -
I played this game for the vampire storyline and the game being a multiple protagonist game with changing perspectives among them feels pretty weird and kills the immersion in the game for me , it is like a third person game where you are watching how the story unfolds with no control over it . All girls in the beginning seems beautiful and later turned into downright ugly vampire and there is not much a story to play for and the writing feels a bit boring . So overall despite my liking to vampire theme , this game is a huge disappointment with regards to story and character building .

Love the story so far. Visuals are not top-notch but it fades into the background when narrative is good. I would like Moniker to add some drama and make vampires a little more vulnerable just to make us feel unsafe for main characters ("if it bleeds we can kill it")

I played this game when it was first released. It was not very good then. It came a long way from the initial phase. The story writing, the renders, the contents, the image qualities everything has improved. The only problem is when they transform every female character to look the same. But I guess that's the story. Other than that I like everything about the game.

Easily the best corruption and bimboficacion novel I've played since I've been a part of this comunity.

The subject of letting everything go and care only for your lust and flesh desires is a kink that's so niche that this title will never be a massive hit, however, for those of us who enjoy it, will easily be a top 5, top 3 or even most favourite of all time. You can't entice to everyone, so what's left? Making sure that those who you do entice will love you pieces, and Bloodlines does that with utmost mastery.

Every girl transforms into the same ugly vampire. Skin, eye, and hair colors all change to be the same, proportions turn to be the same. In effect it is the same girl copy pasted over and over.

I don't understand why, the author takes their time to render a bunch of new girls, but then destroys them by uglifying each and every one of them into the same identical copy.

The skin color in particular is a disgusting corpse grey that just makes me want to vomit.

The vampires themselves are idiots who go around turning people in public without any care for secrecy. And the game has "multiple protagonists", and by that I mean it has no protagonists at all. You basically switch constantly from one vampire to another as people get turned. This completely ruins any semblance of plot and character development.
