Mod has been updated for v1.7.0! Enjoy! ;)

I also included a few fixes that have been mentioned in this thread: Grace's path, pool party choices, and the Olga sex scene replay. That last one is mostly the fault of the game dev, though, but I made a workaround to ensure it gets unlocked in the gallery even if you encountered it in regular gameplay.

Unless you know exactly what you're doing in the Android file system, adding a mod to an Android game can be a bit cumbersome.

On the bright side, Ghost'' has an unofficial Android port of Monster College with my mod already built in.

Btw, for most Ren'Py games, you can just search for "android" in the main game thread (remember to have your search preferences set to sort by date instead of relevance), and you'll likely be lead to the most recent unofficial Android port for that game, usually with a mod included (walkthrough, cheats, unlocker, multi-mod, etc). Unofficial Android ports aren't added to the OP, so unfortunately, you'll have to seek them out yourself.

Hi and thank you for the share, just a quick question, just started the game and have your mod installed and have noticed from your page that the walk thru part colour's the right choice green ( i think ) now is this the case with all choices or just important ones cause i'm not too far in the game yet and i have'nt had a green show up yet just red's. Do i have to start a new game to make the walk thru activate, once again thank you for your work.

Some choices are highlighted as green (good) or red (bad), and some choices only highlight the points affected by the choice.

When my mod is installed (for this VN, at least), the walkthrough is always active/enabled, so you don't need to start a new game.

So if the choices are all one colour then it does'nt matter which one i pick as in it won't effect anything, is that right?

Yep, if all choices are the same color, the only difference is in mainly the dialogue, or up to you.

I wanna play game as original as possible. That's why didn't use any unofficial mod wasn't made by dev or refered by dev...I generally use written wt(best to me),if there is no in game hints/wt mod by the dev),urm. As thisdoesn't have any written or official wt mod and can't figure out many things by only using urm, that's why am thinking about using this mod. But,I have some questions bothering me...

1)I won't use it for cheating.Only for choice hints. If I apply this patch in my game will it crush(again,I won't do cheat)?

2)Can I later delete this mod/patch without having any issues with my game, story, points, saves etc like urm?(In urm sometimes I only use it for few times to choose choices then later on delete it from the game folder without any trouble)

3)can I use both the mod and urm in a single game safely?

4) Lastly,is there any other way to see the impacts of choices without even applying it in the game?

It's a bit tricky, actually (since I don't know how technically-inclined you are), but I'll answer as best as I can.

1) If you apply the mod, it will overwrite some of the game's script files. Only the choice displays are changed, not their functionality, so you can choose to not go for my recommended choices. In this game, though, the effects of each choice is displayed, at least. (Who/what gets or loses how many points.)

2) As mentioned in the above point, files get overwritten, so once it has been applied, it cannot be uninstalled. You'd instead have to install/keep two separate copies of the game in two separate folders (something like "MonsterCollege-1.7.0-pc" and "MonsterCollege-1.7.0-pc-MODDED"), where one copy is unmodded and the other is modded. You can easily transfer saves between the two.

3) I believe URM and my mod might play together nicely. I haven't tried, but from what I know, URM places itself as a layer on top of everything (without modifying any existing files), and there could be some uninteded/weird effects on how choices are displayed.

4) Aside from installing something like URM, if you're able to read Ren'Py code, you could just extract the mod by itself into a separate folder (not inside the game folder), and read the code as you play along. When I've encountered a new game that only has a walkthrough mod that's for an older version of the game than the one I downloaded, I have sometimes done this myself. I open all .rpy files in a text editor that supports opening/searching multiple files at the same time, and then searched out a dialogue phrase whenever I encounter a choice, or just the phrase "menu:" (which is the most common Ren'Py function used for displaying choices).

That, or wait for someone to make a walkthrough document with all choices.

Thanks a lot!❤ Btw,Liked, specially, the tips mentioned in the no.2 point...

You need to use this mod with the latest release of Monster College, which is v1.7.0. You seem to be using v0.7.0 of the game, which is a much older version of it.

How does this work? I can't activate the console or anything, and the walkthrough option isn't there either. Everything I'm seeing for console commands does nothing
