Thanks mate, you were right. I had the 64 bit and I assumed it was all I'd need. Turns out it was 86 bit. I think this just made me realize another game some ages ago did the same damn thing. I never realized I'd need both formats.

I'm on x64 and I already had x64, I downloaded x86. To be safe I downloaded both 2012 and 2013 versions

Tested, and 2012 x86 did the trick.

This is one of the best examples of "simple but good" games. The best example is still "Imperial Gatekeeper" imo.
The gameplay is very easy to get into and the animations are great.
Different animation set for recolored mobs also helps alleviate the repetition found in many games.
A fine addition to 'Pixel Art Game' collection.

I'm surprised it has pretty low sales though.
The game is on -45% sale until the end of May 2024, and you can get it for ¥ 930 using a -15% coupon.

It is simply a good game, please support the dev if you like it.

Nice game, but i ran into problem. Had to stop playing for irl stuff. Came back to game some more, but when I hit continue, I'm back to the beginning with nothing unlocked.

I had the same problem but after restarting the game it fixed itself somehow
