this is solo developer, as I said 0x00SLEEP made this game as hobby, but in his plans make original monster girl catching game that can earn money. He is not "Monster Girls Dreams" developer, even more this is his first project.

Okay. I'm assuming now that English is not your first language, so let me explain this as simply as I can. For reference the original poster said this...

The developer saw my profile sig and said "bet." Christ, IT'S A JOKE, BRO.

In their signature they have 2 banner images for a game called 'Monster Girls Dreams'. Yeah, you saw that part. However their signature ALSO contains a link to a YouTube video, with the link text reading 'Average patreon supporter's response to a bare-bones demo'.

So when they said that the dev saw the joke in their signature and took it as a challenge, they were referring to the video making fun of bare-bones demos and their supporters, because this 'game' is a bare-bones demo. The dude was dunking on this game, and you are now 3 responses deep into not getting the goddamn joke...

would make total sense if i had a patreon but i thought he was referring to the monster girl theme ?
it is just a barebone demo made in like 4-5 days, my code is like a jenga tower after an hour of playing , it is so fundamentally broken i will have to take a couple days to fix it.
