IIRC, Polt only briefly was seen at around Eps 6 or later for like 3-5 seconds only, jogging, with no daiologue (memory is hazy as I type this). She had the main stage during one of the OVA episodes from when she opens a gym.

Basically, if one didn't get the Blu Ray (Don't recall if any streaming service at the time showed them), You would most likely not realized the character was there.

Here's my plan for Rachnera's character arcs.

Light Path: From kuudere to to deredere.

Dark Path: From mayadere to yandere.

I haven't done enough research on Lala to have a concrete plan for her yet. She's already built into the back-end code as a monster placement, so she'll be the final marriage option.

I'll consider any suggestions, so feel free to express any personal preferences. Though I can't guarantee I'll accept them, I may be persuaded. I can always include a toggle filter in setttings for more extreme content that players may not want to see (such content will be lower on the development priority list however).

dark path sounds good. she did give off yandere/dom vibes initially but they kinda flanderized her with the bondage thing towards the end. looking back miia was the only fleshed out character if we compare her w the others (in the anime anyway idk if the manga adaptation is faithful) which likely is bc of their new-episode-new-girl format.
rachnera is still wifey regardless tho

I'll be honest, the fact that you are even considering the seahorse idea has me all but singing hallelujah. You can't even imagine the difficulty it is to find content of this specific fetish that isn't exclusively text only. I hope you do go beyond the main seven as both romance options and breeding candidates, obviously the original girls will be the main focus, but once they are done bigger rosters are always better just look at Love and Sex. The more love you put into the game the more likely you are to draw attention of someone who is willing(And capable) of making custom art for it. If I had the skills I'd offer to do it myself, for nothing, for example, just cause I'm passionate about both this series and this specific combination of fetishes. You seem like the type with an eye for detail and someone who values both narrative and character design, so suffice it to say I'm now passionate about this project as well.

MON members will be romanceable, but I'm not planning on making them breeding targets. I can revisit that question after game completion.

Its kinda cool you are considering that, I know you said you aren't considering Futa/Trans, but it is hard to imagine that without something in that vein like an ovipositor. But it would be VERY funny for the 'unfortunate circumstances' MC usually finds himself in.
Also idk if anyone mentioned it apparently Papi is the same age as Miia?! I hate the trope of flats/ less endowed = childish or h8s non flats personally.

Also I am not zoologist either, but knowing they are part myth or animal, they would also have behavioral changes during 'heat'.
And I know eggs is not everyone's cup of tea, but referencing the movie Nemo, it wouldn't be THAT outlandish to have her make an egg clutch or cove similar to Rachnera, just not sticky and like caviar (god forbid someone tries to eat them).

In addition while Dulla may be considered undead, her pregnancy could subsist of her craving meat to 'build-a-baby' haha. Or wants the HEADS of things like head of lettuce.
On another moderately horrifying part, due to their nature Meru n Rach would have several more than a singular kid likely, probably Papi and Miia too. Due to makings of a clutch or a nest very few Egg bearing species lay a single egg unless they are an apex predator. (Them intentionally being separated from the world for reasons such as hunting / near extinction) Would be reasons for them to have more than 1-2 eggs at a time. While I don't recall what other harpies are like, if they are like Papi, they'd probably have a ton.

Are there any strong preferences on update frequency? Or the amount of content that should be in an update?

I don't have a firm handle on what a satisfying update looks like for most players.

I know the site has a time limit on pushing games to the update page, but I can't remember the limit.

If there is no update during the year, the "abandoned" label appears.

But thats just me as a fan of eggs, while live is uncommon for snakes, its still reptilian the 'clutch' is just held in the mom, similar but still different to mammals. The weird thing is that Papi’s behavior is explained as the result of her "bird brain." Which makes sense, but also seems suspicious because of her body lol. It's a joke that everyone gets her age wrong in universe.

IIRC Technically, Dullahan aren't undead in lore unlike Zombies. It is questioned how something not undead can remove it's head and not die, and there is really no good explanation given in lore. My theory is that the head and body are two psychically linked separate organisms, that's why when they are separate each part sometimes displays independent personalities. I don't dislike the build-a-baby idea but it does seem like it would fit more for Zombina than Lala.

Can you describe or screenshot the "masturbate" error?

The reason you can't interact with the molting is because the feature is not implemented in v0.1.0. Currently, caretaking (molting in Miia's case) is partially implemented in v0.1.1 and I'm planning to complete caretaking implementation for the v0.1.1 release.
