Ren'Py - Monster Tutor [v0.1.4 Patreon] [Nuteku]

Basic dating sim game with monstergirls. I think the game just needs more. More art done for each scene, more care put into the writing. More events to make the setting interesting. The lighthearted tone is fine but it feels like the dev is aiming for mediocrity here.

Pros:
* designs are good
* art generally looks good but there's not enough of it
* sandbox setup and UI seem quite solid
* The characters are good but not much happens thats interesting with them.

Cons:
* Overreliance on sprite art. Sprites lack variety.
* Scenes have very few renders that aren't just sprites
* Character stories are pretty bare bones and uninteresting. except for the one classroom event with the 3 initial girls, there's no interaction between characters after the start.
* not much attempt at a story or anything. This is pretty much lighthearted schlock where all the girls instantly fall for you, even the tsundere one by date 2.
* No animations
* AI voices are really terrible

Subpar writing, inconsistent AI art. The image quality hard nose-dives when the creator bothers to edit the image themselves. Nothing of value here unless you enjoy bottom of the barrel stuff and want to turn your brain off.

The story is very good. Everything makes sense in its own way.
The voice's acting is icing on the cake. "...Professor..." oof that was breath-taking.
Conclusion: The game is a lot of fun. The game is well-developed and there is plenty of content. I wish there was more anal, especially with the main girls before moving to side characters, but that's just me.

It's just a run-of-the-mill dating sim game, but it has monster girls.

The plot setup is rushed and pretty nonsensical. The dialogue is pretty boring yet technically competent (sounds like english lol), and the characterization is very standard/cliche. However, the artwork is good and I'm a sucker for monster girls, so while I would normally rate this a 3, ill give it a 4.

Great game, actually deserving of 5 stars. Has some of the best art on the site AI or not. Girls are hot. No grind. Easy to progress impossible to get confused. infinitely more content then 99% of games with only a couple version releases.

Decent art and voicing, but otherwise lacking. Seems to be a very linear experience with no gameplay to speak of. Simply a sequence of erotic scenes to be clicked through. That isn't damning in itself, but the stories are uninteresting. I went from reading, to skimming, to simply clicking through the scenes as quickly as possible to see all the art.

Awesome game! The writing of the stories is very well made, the music is spot on, the styling and effects ramp up the quality compared to other visual novels out there. Every characters are also voiced and they fit their characters.

Really love how each monster girls have their own type of quirky power, which differentiate this game from others with regular girls. It's always a mystery on what the next girl will be acting like and which events / back story will be told.

H-scenes are very well done. Awesome foundation for an infinite amount of new monster girls to add.
