Just finished the main story on the easiest difficulty, and this is what I have to say.

TDLR: Good Management Game, Poor Porn Game

Management: I don't play much management games, but this game really was enjoyable. You can read PepperMan's review for a more in-depth explanation, but the gameplay loop goes something like this: get money, buy girls or upgrades to the room, train girls, and repeat. All while trying to stay above 0% reputation. It has good progression, but it has a limit so you're just trying to min-max the system. Game's fun.

Controls: Some controls are understandable, like "Room inaccessible" because there's no door. But others do take experimentation to figure out. For example, pressing the hammer icon to move girls to use the space more efficently. And it is true that the game doesn't do well in explaining the controls but it works buttery smooth after the first few hurdles.

Porn: This is the aspect lacking the most. The scenes are lackluster to say the least. Some girls don't even have scenes. And the scenes are not incorporated well with the game; it's like how a puzzle game incorporates porn into its gameplay, i.e. Clear a few puzzles to unlock some scenes you can view in the gallery. However, there's a good part in which it's MONSTER GIRLS, and there's a variety of them, so that's that.

Conclusion: You should play it for the management part, but just don't expect much from the porn. Controls are unique, so do take time to figure them out. Like I said before game's fun. But if you're like me and you prefer a good porn game, I would suggest not playing this.

PS: If you find my review lacking, do tell me about it. I will "definitely" change it.

Well, this doesn't deserve to just be forgotten.

This is a small-scale pod-based management-game, with the goal of training up monster-girls.

    Positives:

+ A functioning, interesting gameplay loop of training and releasing girls to unlock higher rewards.

+ Wide variety of monster-girl art.

+ Very varied and thematic statistics, like trainings for sadism/masochism, trainings that eat up stamina, personal training, special body parts for specific girls etc.

+ Quite a few different girls.

However, there are some cons holding back the game a bit as well:

    - The sexual content is almost completely abstracted. There are no visuals for the gameplay-related scenes, and you only get written-out scenes that are delivered vignette-style, with some girls even lacking scenes altogether.

    - The tutorial tries it's best, but figuring out the controls and everything you need to do can still be a bit confusing. The translation-quality doesn't help with this, and neither does it for the scenes mentioned above. (protip: to build more hallways, you need to build a room, and then switch to the "room"-build tab and hold rightclick on a tile.

    - It is only a single screen, and not a lot of detail, and you can't zoom in to see anything interesting. The game as a whole is a bit spartan, but then again this from a tiny creator.

    - The cum SFX is pretty bad.

I think it works at what it's trying to do, even if it is a bit hard to fap to.

Dreadful, can't even get past simple tasks because game simply won't let me do anything, i lost 10 minutes just to understand why it kept saying "cafeteria cannot be used", i had to restart whole game because it won't let me place any room, god help you if you mistakely place something you shouldn't it will erase the whole purpose of that room and you cannot even replace it because game will not let you do that.
How anyone can progress this is absolutely beyond my understanding 1/5.

    PepperMan

This game is an excellent continuation of the concept of their last game.

My current playtime is: 1 completed normal-Main story. Halfway on hard afterstory and now starting on hard-endless mode.

Wheras the last game needed no real management and was just a straight line this improves the need for personal management alot.
So lets talk the gameplay loop as basic as possible. You train your monster girls in stats so will be doing good work(green), actually do their work (blue) and drop their danger levels(red) so they dont injure customers too often. Inevitably their primal nature strikes forth and they injure a customer which drops your reputation. If reputation falls to 0 public sentiment is gone and you will be fired (game over). To mitigate this you train them so they can take a slightly more normal jobs and graduate them out of your academy permanently. Feel free to later visit them for perks, most commonly by far being "Increase a stat limit if current limit is below X"
Train girls with 3 different methods
    • Send them to class, will require the correct facility and sometimes the right tool for attending students (like having a seat in the classroom per student or a volleyball field)
    • Set a student aside from their regular schedule to instead get personal guidance. Similar to last method but is more consiladated since all you need is a singular room.
    • Go on a school excursion costing the monthly event occasion and money to get random rewards
Build out your academy to raise quality of rooms to improve their effects. Usually done with furniture and room size.
If you ever find a room not being usuable its likely for 1 of 2 reasons.
    • You didnt give it a door with access to the corridor. You cant make doors from room A to B, it needs acces to generic corridor.
    • You dont have enough chairs(or similar) for everyone to use at once

    Use research points to
    • unlock other sex acts with higher base satisfaction or that use a different stat to scale with.
    • unlock some additional furniture
Use the schoolPolicty points to take 1/3 choices for a permanent change to how your students experience the academy. Like the ability to use 2 curriculums at same time to split the your students into 2 groups or give them some sexual experience while having lunch.
The individual students skillpoints can be spent on their personal skilltrees based on their race to unlock things like "+X satisfaction to specific acts", "improved growth in stat X" but also has some more wild ones like "create a clone of yourself"

The main issues I got is just about minor polish things. The most common and annoying one being that while Right-click cancels menus it also actually interacts with the mainstage so you can accidental turn room tiles into generic corridors without realizing it which leads to a hiccup in the process. This has 0 penalty since changing the room layout of your academy is free and the items from it still remain on that tile but it's annoying to have to deal with.

Overall the MTL does enough but has some serious flaws unrelated to the translation itself. Most things are understandable and thankfully given its mostly menuing with small and simple sentances the descriptions might be weird but results tend to be pretty clear, [+2 skillPT, +1 social XP]. The bigger issue is when the MTL screws up formatting so text is continuous instead of line-by-line which can make information hard to makeout. The other issue is when it just cuts out text (usually from the start). Had this happen to something that said "will raise max limit by 1" but didnt say what. I was able to solve this since i saw the blue text before the MTL triggered but the issue stands.

Art is good and you dont even need to bother unlocking it if you dislike the game since gallery has a button that just says "enable viewing images you havent seen", altough not that exact wording.
Game also features 3 modes with 5 difficulties each (the hardest being "I didn't playtest this" which I really enjoy seeing) with some fairly different style providing nice replayability.

I had a pretty great time. Only reason I don't give it a 5 is because the minor hiccups and that I compare every game to if I would rather play one of the greatest 10$ budget propositions of alltime, Terraria.

TL;DR: Read this review for gameplay overview if you got questions. I like this.
