In a crisis you might have to improvise some fluid, but in this case I have made sure to lubricate nurse Suzie thoroughly in advance.

I haven't experimented with it, but there are techniques for e.g. swapping faces onto other bodies and stuff like that.
I would assume that it can be done. Probably easier to do locally on your own PC as any cloud service would have to secure that there is no naughty stuff ongoing.

I think you can superimpose IRL women's faces on AI bodies and do some tweaking to make it fit with their overall body proportions.
Kinda similar to like deepfake AI technology and whatnot
