Yeah, that's what I'm saying — you've done a great job locally.
I had some general issues, like very slow generation (10 minutes for 1 pic), generations failing (I get my buzz refunded but waiting 10 minutes to get nothing was taxing), prompts not working (it very often refused to generate 2 men not matter the negative/positive prompts and loras).
But mostly I couldn't find a proper style combination and make Suzie's lora work. For some reason on most styles using it at recommended strength created artifacts. I could get rid of them by lowering it minimum values, but then obviously it lost Suzie's likeness. Plus some other issues. Not trying to throw shade at HighTower: the LoRA obviously works great on external generators and when I finally found some stable style.
I was thinking about trying some video generation there, since my graphics card isn't good enough to do that locally
But if it works this poorly for image generations, I can't imagine trying anything more complex.....
