VN - Ren'Py - Moonripple Lake [v0.6] [BCG]

I half expected another low effort cg-ai game, but damn was I wrong. The dev has put a lot of effort and attention into this game and it shows. The art style fits and the images look great. The sound bits are very nice and immersive. The story is a bit generic but intriguing and weaves nicely into the game without taking too much space.

My only criticism is the writing between the two main characters..it's a bit bland and forced, everything is spelled out beforehand. It kills any tension or potential drama as a consequence of their actions. If the MC was less direct about him wanting his girl to act like a slut and she was a bit more naive to his desires it could build more naturally, instead the MC tells her in the first scene of the game "act more like a slut" I'm paraphrasing. It's too forced.

Overall the characters we've met so far are quite good, hoping the bartender girl will bring something different in terms of personality than the other girls. We have 5 "yes-girls" in the game so far, we don't need another one. And by "yes-girls" I mean girls who would deepthroat the MC without any hesitation or expectation. 4 if you don't wanna count the red haired "succubus" lady..since she want to devour us literally...

Anyway, really good game I want more! MORE!

This game should be the standard for using AI in nsfw games. Truly groundbreaking. They use AI but in a way that brings out the best of it. Best of luck to the devs.

The art for this is fucking AMAZING. imo.
Like sure the initial style looked a little AI (idk or care if it is or not).
But the control over the movements and expressions, and just teh frequency of those changes is really impressive and lent well to the feel of everything.

Art alone made this one of my top VNs.

Story... is alright. I've seen similar before so I wouldn't call it unique, but it seems to at least have a point to it with a potential ending.

Solid grammar and realistic conversations, mostly. There is some porn logic with a bit of it that seems almost parody, but its entertaining.
I did skip occasionally.

Characters: 4/5

Visually they seem to have a similar shape with varians to scale more than shape. But its a good choice of shape at least.

Personality wise they all shared this little undertone of mmmf. Ya know, some hnnng. That lip bite for senpai feel. That detracted from their individuality but it wasn't bad imo.

Not too much, not too little. Could go either way with more or less and still be good.

I'll just say it, I was hoping for a little forced consequences or choices. There was none of that.

Moonripple Lake [v0.51]

I like this game quite a bit. It looks really good and has hot girls in it with some damn good sex scenes that are mostly all animated.
The story is not really the strong point in this game but that's not important.
The premise and the scenes are really hot.
What I find pretty annoying are the insane walls of texts you'll see in certain points of the game.
I bet the vast majority just skipped it but even then it takes a long ass time to skip it. Less is more.
I really like the artstyle, the girls look fantastic, just like the sex scenes.
All in all this is a really good VN. Can't wait for the next update and wish the dev all the best in the development of this game.

This game is ground-breaking. I've been skeptical of AI animated games for quite a while, and the first ones I tried were underwhelming. This one, however, has great art, animation, and storytelling. The best part, though, it how quickly it updates. If the update speed is a result of AI, it makes me wonder whether DAZ is really worth it.

This one is fantastic! The art is absolutely stunning—even if it's AI-generated (I think?). The story is fairly simple but has a nice touch of mystery and a solid plot developing in the background (though it’s mostly a horndog game so far).

Now, regarding the whole sharing/NTR aspect… I’m kind of on the fence. It’s not exactly my thing, but I really appreciate that the developer gives players a choice in how they want to engage with it. That’s so important, especially considering that both the MC and his girlfriend seem into it. So far, I think it’s handled decently, and honestly, that’s about as good as sharing/NTR content can be for someone like me (Unless GF lets us fuck eveything without her doing the same). I totally agree with the MC’s initial take—that teasing is fine, but physical stuff crosses a line.

It’s also clear this game is made more for people who are into NTR or swinging, but it’s presented in a way that’s still tolerable, even for those who aren’t. Props for that.

The characters are quite good overall—Cee is absolutely adorable, for example. The game’s quality is top-notch, and the sandbox system is very simple and intuitive (which is HUGE—I hate convoluted or grinding sandboxes!). It guides you well, encourages exploration without forcing it, and keeps the experience smooth.

All in all, a super high-quality and seriously hot game. Great work, dev!

This game has everything you could want — brilliantly written dialogues (the "truth or dare" scene is absolutely top-tier, one of the best in the entire genre), steamy art that's well-generated both in H-scenes and regular scenes, including landscapes and more. There's also mystery, suspense, and a sense of an upcoming adventure (though the adventure is still in its early stages). In short, it has everything you could dream of in a visual novel.


Oh, and there’s even a character you can optionally make into a trap — via a setting toggle — and this "feature" is cleverly integrated into the dialogue. When the game is fully completed, it could easily become one of the best in the genre, but even in its current state, it's absolutely worth playing.


The only downside I noticed is that the faces of the female characters look a bit too similar. No, the main heroines are all quite distinct, but many of the side characters’ faces resemble Suzy's. This is probably a limitation of the image-generating neural network — it's hard to prompt it to produce more diverse faces. But overall, you get used to it, and it becomes less distracting over time.

The AI art looks amazing, seriously. Suzie isn’t just beautiful—she’s really sexy. Cee looks great too, but Merynn? She’s dangerously sexy, like watch out kind of vibe. The story and how things unfold are super steamy. Especially when Suzie gets all provocative and teasing, she really shines.


The scenes with Drago, Suzie, and Anon were really well done. What made them even better was having control over what happens. No forced stuff, just you making the choices — and that definitely makes everything feel way more intense and sexy.

Had let this one pass me by but having played the 0.4.1 version I thought I would write a review.

Firstly, it has elements of NTR which for some is a no no, but the NTR here is consensual and more in the sharing - joy style rather than the cheating-nihilistic vein. But if that is not your thing you probably won't be into the game.

NTR out of the way the writing is excellent - with a plot and everything. There is just the right amount of build in the story. You are not straight into having sex with everyone but you don't have a four hour set up either.

The mc is believable (in a porn game setting), the girls are distinct, the AI CG excellent and the scenes hot.

Strongly recomended.

The hand-drawn art is gorgeous, with natural lighting and expressions that really sell the emotional beats. Erotic scenes feel earned and deeply connected to character development—not just fan service.

One of the best. Fantastic writing that keeps you engaged with the action. Incredibly hot scenarios that make the characters seem believable. Very sexy art. Highly recommended for all fans of exhibitionism, cuckolding, hotwifing, partner swapping, and corruption.

The good kind of AI CG slop. The art is consistent and high quality, there's decent diversity. I appreciate that when in doubt the dev went with MORE images rather than LESS. You could skip all the text (which i don't really recommend), and still be able to follow what's going on because of how well the images convey narrative flow. That requires creative direction and vision, not just image generation, so kudos to the dev for that.

It's kind of a rough start (and why I didn't review this earlier). right off the bat there's a lot of cliche NTR/NTS stuff, but as the game progresses the dev finds his voice and starts guiding the story more, and it gets better. The sandbox doesn't bring a lot to the table, but if the latest update is any indication there's more of a linear VN tone (which is good).

This is so good. The story is only just starting to unfold, but Moonripple Lake already sets a standard for how sharing games should be done right.

Our couple - as a couple - is always in focus and the dialogues and interactions between them alone or together with other characters creates some of the hottest scenes I have seen or read in this type of games.

The AI generated graphics are excellent and animations are done well – specially the focus on eye movements is top notch.

Scenes in general are long and sufficiently fleshed out – including the steaming hot sex scenes.

This is definitely among my absolute favourite adult games ever - and I am eagerly awaiting the next chapter.

This is the best adult game I have played to date. Period. Renders are top quality and the Dev has created a world populated with great characters. Most impressive is the plot that the Dev is crafting. It's well thought out and the sexual communication between Suzie and Anon is hotter than the images in the game. 5 Stars!
