Would it be possible to further specify some of the tags? I get that it will be a shitshow to find any games at all if they are too many tags, but there are two tags that i think could help to narrow down what you are after.
1. Specific gender protagonist ONLY.
Im gonna be honest I dont really play that many male protagonist games since i prefer games where i control a woman who fucks everyone. I think it would be useful to be able to choose games that are for example female protagonist only. When searching for games I quite often come across games that mostly feature male protagonist but also have sections where you play as a female for a while. In short a way to be able to differentiate between games that have both female protagonist and male protagonist and only one of them would be great.
My solution to this would be as below. M=male F=Female Ft =Futa or trans.
If a game lets you play as both a M and a F the tag would be: M+F Protag
If a game lets you play as a M or a F the tag would be: M/F protag
Only as a F would be : F protag
As either a Ft or a M would be: Ft/M protag
As both Ft and M would be: Ft+M protag
And being able to play as all three would be: Ft+M+F protag
Lastly being able to chose gender but only play as one would be: Ft/M/F protag.
This could also easily be solved by ignoring the OR tags and instead tagging games the with appropiate tags but introducing the + tag. Tagging the game with either the genders that are playable or the + tag. Another thing that could be helpful would be to simply remove the tag that is not the main characters gender from games. I dont think it is necessary to tag a game with female protaginst if the majority of the game is played a male and the other way around.
2. Differance between pregnancy ending and pregnancy mechanics in game
It would also be nice to be able to differentiate between games that have pregnancy ending and games where pregnancy is a mechanic in game. It is quite common among japanese RPGs to have an usually bad ending which shows a scene where the protag or someone else get pregnant. It is a little annoying to read through all pages of a game trying to find out the game has actual pregnancy or just an ending with pregnancy. Altough this could obviosly be considered a spoiler I think it is too minor to actually matter. I'm not entirely sure about this one since i can't remember if i ever came across this, but it could also be worth being able to have a tag that also specifies that it is either a female protagisnt that is pregnant or that the male protagonist can impregnate someone, instead of just having pregnancy being a theme with the protagonist not having an impact on this. This tag could for example be called protagonist-pregnancy. And being able to get pregnant or get someone pregnant could be tagged with impregnation or breeding (although breeding could also instead be a tag used for games where knocking someone up or getting knocked up is the goal or major part of the game).
The tags would in that case be:
Impregnation for the games where either you get pregnant or you impregnate someone.
Pregnancy for where pregnancy exists in the game in any form - be it a bad ending or some other character being impregnated or pregnant.
You could also add a tag for childbirth if someone wants to see that (or in my case not see it lol). In regards to this one there might be some confusion as there are some games that actually show a kid being birth (which i am not ready for, that shit is to depraved even for me) or some more "vanilla" games where instead a woman lays an egg such as meltys quest if i remember correctly. You could use a tag to specify which one the game features although it might not be needed since this could easily be asked in the thread for the game.
Having more than one pregnancy tag would clean up some thread space as it is often asked which form of pregnancy the game features, sometimes being asked more than once before being answered since either no one has gotten to that part in the game yet or simply because people are too lazy to actually read through the thread before asking questions.
Another tag that could be helpful could be some sort of quarantine tag for games that are very new and has almost no content, having that tag removed once the game has enough content, or if the game launches with enough content, removed once enough people can attest that is has enough content. I'm not really interested in playing games that are in v0.0.01 so in that case i would be able to exclude that tag when browsing.
Let me know what you guys think
