Strangely most of my favorite game are the ones I don't fap to because I'm too distracted by the quality of writing or gameplay.

I like to play my adult games from 0% to 100%, and with some games that can take an hour, but with some other that can take 20+ hours..
And well, if i fap every time something "naughty" happens during a 20+ hour game...... Well it's going to be a long week.
Most of the time when playing a Ren'py game a save a lot(every scene for a own gallary), and with RPGM games most of the time there will be an ending gallery..
So when i finish a game... Well... That's also my time to finish.
But if there is moment where i'm strained for time and really am in the 'mood"...
Well.. Corruption is one of the few games that i can start...load a scene and being straight in the mood.

I tried this but couldn't get past the intro the way it keeps going over the damage the electrocution did to her body was like snuff porn to me.
I'm not saying this to judge, I'd like to know if there's more of that in the game. If I just have to push through that part and then it stops, I'd be interested in trying again because I like scat and most extreme fetishes, but I don't like guro.

IIRC there's a switch for gore and scat in the options to turn of the worst of it, plus that's as bad as it gets for a while, the routes themselves don't have snuff until the very end when shit gets real and blood is the least of the fapblockers.

If all you are looking for is a game that gets very quickly into the erotic/sexual scenes with very little lead in, story, or grind involved, as all you want to do is masturbate, then there are a few games I've run into where it gets into the sex stuff fairly quickly with minimal effort:

There are also sex simulator games, but I tend to avidly avoid those, so I have none I can list for ya off the top of my head...
