I think the most extreme games I played are Starless and Euphoria, but I didn't find them that extreme, but these are Japanese VNs. In 3D games there isn't really any extreme content. For me NTR is kind of more extreme like anything else, just because I don't like it :coldsweat:

Rapelay maybe, although its gone soft over the years with all the other shit i've played. That one was a first though.
