Lactation is in the game, you can upgrade at least one of the characters by giving them lots of piercings. You can make the characters battle other women. It was a 2d western-style art (non-japanese), and I believe it was cancelled. Does anyone remember the game?
I'm wondering about the same game i think the guy did a few other games as well i thought it was newman or uberpie but i remember some drunk looking hobo being the male in those games the art style is very distinct. If you found it or remeber it can you let me know?
