I can recommend this game, it's a little long but it's pretty good.

Secrets and Promises features an MC who comes back into the life of his ex-wife and their daughter. The ex-wife admits to having fantasized about MC with their daughter, and in the latest update, she invites the spying daughter in during sex and encourages her to give MC (her father) a handjob and then blowjob. From what I've seen so far, I wouldn't be surprised if there are more mothers encouraging their daughters in this fashion (or other relations). It is spoilerish, but you could also check out the dev's previous game, Boxed In, which also fits the bill.

Her Desire might not work because it's a female MC, but she has sexual interactions with her son and daughter and is gradually getting her daughter involved with her husband (the girl's father) to teach her about sex with a man. There's also a recent scene with one of the girl's teachers, where she has to join in while her mother fucks the teacher (the daughter blows the teacher and is fingered by him, but doesn't fuck him). This was part of a blackmail plotline, so not the same type of encouragement from the mother, but it is a (sort of) mutual decision between the two women.

Boxed In I've played and really enjoyed.

I don't usually enjoy female protagonist games but I will look into Her Desire.

Karlsson's Gambit does have a couple of screwable mothers who are also ok with or outright encourage you to get with their daughters (depending on path/choices). But that's a very small part of a very large fetish game. Doubt you can get an oyakodon kick out of it.

Bearing in mind it's still early on in it's development, and I think dev said this release will be a bit longer (I could be misremembering the specifics), we're currently at around six weeks between updates. Dev's a good one, and his games are (IMO) fantastic.
