Identify Mother, two sisters, guy moved to new city

The game must've been at least two years old now. I think it was a dating sim, don't remember the engine. A guy moved to a new city, renting a room from a mother, and there were two daughters. The guy and two sisters are not related. It was unfinished then, only the first chapter was done.

First one that springs to mind is a Daz3D ren'py game where the mother had shoulder length blonde hair and it was story driven with very little or no sexual content. That's about all I can remember other than it being abandoned ages ago.

Sorry I don't, been looking through the list of abandoned games too with no luck. As far as I remember it only had 1 or two updates.

It even had an update since I played it, and then went back to on hold.
