Start the .exe and choose the first option if it is the physical version or the second if it is the digital version, choose the place where to install the DLC where the game is located and accept. The DLC adds files and does not overwrite so the English translation works but the new content is not translated

Why English patch not work on winlator? Anyone know how to fix this issue?

I dowloaded en version on Ryuugames and file in this review and use winlator emulator to play but english does not work to me although save file is English. Help me guys, I really wanna play this game, what's wrong with English patch or maybe my device have problem to run?

No, the last two games are not uncensored. The next one to have an official and uncensored translation will be Oppai Maid, following the premise that Frontwing publishes a game every year, but it is not confirmed.

If you are playing on linux through wine and your game is still in japanese despite setting locale correctly, override the version dll.
Wine configuration - libraries - search for version dll in "new override for library" - add - apply.

Maybe is the same issue. On how to do this in winlator read this, specially the comments.
