I downloaded PowerISO but my antivirus went off. Is it safe to use? Is there another program I should be looking at?

Yes PowerISO should be safe to use, it is a popular option, I used to use it a while back but Win 10 can mount images now.

Don't trust win 10 as far as i could throw it

I use Deamon tools lite though i see they have started using adds so won't be upgrading to new version lol

WinCDEmu is the easiest to use and the most practical one, in my opinion.
