I assume you played the NTS path wich had a small update. That can play out very differently depending on earlier choices. The NTR path has had a larger update. I added a jump to the start of the game with takes you straight to the split of the paths...

But this is quite good, focused on the jealousy and ntr and not being too try hard with the story or anything. 9.5/10 because there are a lot of grammatical errors
