If you just used the night sky with stars it would fit the theme.

I was trying to create a city back ground but was getting tired of how bad it was looking so i scrubbed the idea and just went with a black background. Then i realized the next morning i had a setting i could use.

Did you use HDR or 3D building models?
I usually just turn off the background in the render settings and then in photo shop put it to, blur it out.

It was a HDRI. I don't really mess around with background in PS.
