If you have random DAZ crashes and other issues you should check your RAM. That's what happened to me in January.
Memtest86 rules.
I doubt is the ram, the crashes started immediately after upgrade when i clicked to setup a camera, the only crashes i had was due those oot hairstyles and once when i loaded a plains scene that was exceeding the amount of ram, but not even then it didn't crash, it just remained like gasping for air until i alt + f4.

Yeah it's not the RAM... it's the newest version of Daz. It's pretty unstable.

I just shared my experience. In my case, the cause was a malfunctioning RAM module.

What about Alt+F4, for DAZ I use saved file with the code:

taskkill /f /im DAZstudio*
