There's a big difference between "chatting" and being over critical.
You've strung together a laundry list of critique over two nice renders.
Toe position
Neck coloration
frosted glass issue
cupboard door position
Breast position
shadow source
even questioning whether the lights should be on.

That's not chatting. That's critiquing. Don't minimize it.
If he invites it and welcomes it, then fine, but you might consider DMing him and shopping it there rather than laying out what you wrongly perceive as shortcomings of his work on a public board. It's comes across like a Monday morning quarterback and needless second guessing.
The guy's offering gifts and you're trying to correct him at every turn.
