It doesn't "have" to be an incest game (the dialogue even makes sense not patched), you can play the game just fine without the patch.

Oscar worthy! 12 out of 10 stars. The most exciting romance adventure ever written. Sure to spawn a franchise rivaling Star Wars!

Seriously though. Rather than take the word of someone who could or could not be a paid actor maybe just read the actual reviews and perhaps play it to see for yourself... literally have nothing to lose.

In my actual opinion the game is pretty good, not the greatest choice driven VN on the site but FAR from the worst. The story involves a few different paths that lock the player out of the other paths (which is common) so be sure to save when choices are made, and there is no actual sex just yet but it is getting steamier.
