Try WineHQ (for Mac OS), it's sort of a windows emulator. You should than be able to run most if not all renpy games. Works well under Linux so I'm guessing it should with Mac's.

Her interaction with the black male along with her interaction with the male right at the start of it all show variety compared to the ones in the photoshoot, if you put them all into the same basket then you're the one who needs to get your biases checked against straight content.

But it's weird so many people ask this. And all ask the same question, very targeted.
