Seeking MtF games

Basically what the title says, looking for games that you start as a male (ideally a femboy) that you get transformed into a girl (ideally a futa) with (ideally) pregnancy content. Real-porn and html game recommendations are fine. I've played a handful but I feel like (and hope) there's lots more out there that I'm just not aware of. Games that are still in-progress are also fine.

Also any tip (no pun intended) to search for games by tag for this genre would be much appreciated

First one looked really good, unsure about the second. The last one is abandoned, sadly. Sad it's not a proper tag...
Also I forgot to mention that a bimbo option would be great too, but I don't wanna be too picky. I'm just casting a wide net as long as it's some sort of MtF thing
