so i run "Autorun" and get a window with three choices and lowest one being to close said window sadly it's in Japanese which do i need to click ?

You need to run "SiglusEngine.exe" not the aplharomdie.exe

I have it from somewhere else but you need to download the :
"Instructions/Information
Unpack in game dir and run ( 'NoRegion Loader.exe') "
and run it first then with it run the "SiglusEngine.exe" and the game starts normaly.

Also if you are not able to understand some japanese in games or rather its not translated and have smarthpone just download google lense and point the translator at screen its enought to understand what the game setting/choice or whatever is.
