ETA: i found one! while i can't post links yet, it's just on internet archive. it's the first result when searching "mugen kairou" on the site, uploaded by tobi's collection. you'll need to torrent it and then use daemon tools or something similar to mount the file you get, but i've just tested it and it works perfectly
