Interestingly, her vag isn't properly mosaic, so you can see the inside.

So far in the demo, regarding the hentai mechanics that could improve:
- The enemies should always chase you down to the end of the hallway. They only follow a certain distance before walking back the other way, meaning you can't have a mass orgy party.
- The enemies walk away when Riburin is being pounded, which ruins the point of her being in the down state when you have to wait for them to come back...sometimes never. Have them stick around taking turns.
- There should be an option to toggle the hentai animations to be automatic/manual. Turning on automatic to have the enemies get faster in h-animation till orgasm. Our hands are occupied and I like to keep my mouse clean ya know.
- A toggle to hide the UI away. Too many things on the screen.

The female models look nice. But yeah, the male one doesn't look good at all

Has anyone managed to install bepinex on this ? I tried with 5.4.23.3 x64 : didn't create the folders.
I tried a mono 6.0.0 pre, didn't generate the folders either.

If the game is like this, I mean exactly how the demo looks, so wow, it looks very good. The only thing I would like to see added is a map. I also wanted a map in the previous game, but because I only went forward, it wouldn't be frustrating now because there are keys, so I think there needs to be a map or at least a caption that says "This key is on the 1st floor, next to the hospital rooms." That way you understand where it is. And besides, I'm not complaining. I hope the developer brings more poses and sex scenes of patients and nurses in the background [I would be happy if there was traction with them, meaning to help them/free them] and I have more things, but I believe the developer knows what he's doing, so I pretty much trust him. Only someone knows if he said it was a continuation of the plot of the previous game or if it was a new story because the plot ended in the middle.

Why compared to a demo game and I think it's a single developer so it's very impressive that he managed to make such a 3D game. True, it needs more polishing but think about it. Developers in the pornographic genre either release an initial demo and then eventually retire or leave us speechless. Or there are few who manage to bring us a game that looks good at the level of a AAA game. So I believe he will succeed in the mission of bringing us a great game like the previous game.
