because the place u get elf is low level location so i guess its hardly to get a high attr elf 25%chance still low to player

You can't expect to get more girls right after you've taken them all. The raid locations take some time to refresh.
If I understand it right, the icons on the raid location show what it has, in terms of girls, defenders and walls.
You can't immediately reraid. Floating mouse over the NPC shows the likelihood that you'll get that one. Below shows chance of getting an elf from village. Over time, this will increase to 25%, its max value.
It's not, if you are in his discord you can see the latest version available. That was released on the 19th of last month.
