It's not all that uncommon? Naming a few magical girl-esque games with restraint without stick-figure MCs, there's Magical Valkyrie Lyristia (plus the spin-off), Egg of World, Elpis Rigis (though I believe that one has little to no penetration), and if you're willing to be a little lax with how involved restraint is, Celesphonia counts, too. (And maybe Mission Mermaiden if you want to branch into platformers?)

Nah, a lot of those, if not all (memory may betray me) are just your usual rape magical girl games that ALSO have happen to have some kind of restraint system (to varying degrees), but aren't a game built exclusively around it. If you remove the magical girl part (which isn't really what we probably care about) and with a description that loose you'd hit like 95% of female protag games lol.

I know genres blend and bleed in everything from books to porn, but I'm talking about a game where the core theme is restraint. Games like Celesphonia definitely don't count. The lion's share of its scenes has nothing to do with restraints/traps.

It's also a fatter game tho so it has more space to do more stuff. Luna, this, and the quarta games are pretty small and short.

I think the problem is that it's just a niche subgenre/theme. I can basically think of those two games, plus Luna, plus this one we're in the thread of.

There was another magical girl game I recall that was about restraints and some tickling, but I think she was a stick too. Honestly surprised there aren't more games like this though, now that you mention it.

There's also Maken-shi Sara and Magical Girl Seraphier, both of which fall in the flat/loli aesthetic. Elpis Aigis falls in the same genre, though it's a spy/agent with a bodysuit instead of magical girl. You can also sorta toss in Brave Iruru and Touka's Shirikodama as well, though the art is a bit jank and the games are buggy messes.

But yes, the core theme I'm looking for is restraint and preferably pleasure corruption done via lewd traps/enemies and less bog-standard "Sleep with the town enough/get raped enough until the MC is a slut".

Yeah that's a narrower scope than I thought, especially with the more mature body type. Maybe Tunnel Escape? Though that's still in development.

Sounds like we have similar taste excluding body type. Maybe something like these?

• Saki and the Crucible of Debauchery and other games from Ofuro Works. Not as good as Mutation though IMO.
• Mindsweeper may not match what you're looking for, but the whole story is about corrupting a girl. Not RPG though.
• Cage of Tentacles one of my favorites, tentacles everywhere. Although the restraint only happens when you lose the battle, you can climax during it, and there's quite a few variations.
• Saint Gear Force last time I play this, the last boss fight got bugged so I quit. Heard it was already fixed but haven't tried it again.
• Psychic Guardian Super Splendor and I believe other No Future works are also similar. Note that I think it requires quite some grinding IIRC, it's been quite some time since I finished this.
• If you can enjoy loli, there's also Lico's Mysterious Errand, although there's a part that's "Sleep with the town enough/get raped enough until the MC is a slut".
• And currently waiting for the latest work for Quarta series, Quarta Knights Alumina and Tangel. This is just an alpha version for now, but I already really like it. Unfortunately, the characters in other Quarta games have too massive breasts for my liking, so I don't play them.
