If the animation with Lucia is not AI, then "all you"(team) need to adhere to this bar in other animations too! Too much contrast!Ah, I see! So, yeah, here is the thing: the still renders are made in Daz 3D while the animations are made in Blender. We didn't feel it was a good idea to move entirely to Blender because most of us are still more used to Daz and it would have severely impacted in our ability to release updates as frequently. Plus, for still renders I think Daz does a great job. However, it is well known Daz sucks for animation, no way around it, so Blender it is. But yeah, that means the Blender animators have to try matching as best as they can the settings from the scenes made in Daz and keep in mind they are working on the animations while we are also working on the still renders instead of waiting until the scene is fully done or they wouldn't have enough time to finish the animations for the updates. However, we are working on improving our workflow.
About the Scarlet scene, as it has been mentioned we actually updated her model but, as you can see, the older one was used for the animation because we didn't have enough time to update the model in Blender. We do plan to do so and at some point come back and update that animation, hopefully addressing the lighting as well.
About that Lucia scene, well, all I can tell you is that I wasn't the artist in charge for that scene's renders and, really, the animation is not AI.
Btw, that leads me to mentioning I'm not the only artist for the still renders, in fact, as of right now in the art team we are 3 Daz 3D artists in charge of the still renders, 2 Blender artists in charge of the animations and 1 artist making the AI animations. So yeah, we are trying to keep the scenes consistent but it's still probably noticeable, hopefully something we will improve as we go on.
I haven't had the time to play the latest update yet, but at least from what I remember from the previous update most of it loops until you choose to move forward, I mean, the sex scenes are made as loops for that very reason.
Well, I'm going to sleep now but yeah, I'll try to be around as work allows it. Keep in mind I'm just one of the artists so I won't have as much insight in stuff like the coding, story and so on, but I'll try to answer as much as I can.
Three asrtists is a good way to speed up production. But you have different styles. You don't share the render settings or is this such an idea to use different styles?
