I think that answer is going to be subjective but to me I prefer the non sharing or NTR path
I'm def on the non-share route. Want her as my own personal slut, but the NTR content is good too. Just not my jam.

yeah I mean I actually do like sharing especially the idea of sharing your mother. But I find that content needs more time to cook to get to a point where I perfer it over the rest. Granted I only looked at those scenes didn't play that path cause how often saves broke in the past. Once I do buy S1 on Steam will be when I do play those paths for real. But from what I saw it needs more content for me personally.

Yeah, I have half a suspicion that making the saves break every time is a new form of piracy prevention or DRM or something. If so, it's working in my case, I haven't played this since version 0.4 or something even though I quite liked the content up to there, but it doesn't make much sense for actual supporters to do this.
Anyway, just a thought
I'm a sucker for the updates. I keep hoping she'll wake up and it all resolves itself. The storyline of her getting post nut clarity and running or pushing the mc away is getting old and tired. I'm hoping this next update has a breakthrough from that. Otherwise, I think it's time to bail as I don't see the dev furthering the storyline, just reusing the same old thing over and over.

Are you using v1.0.4 compressed? (Interestingly enough OP still only offers v1.0.3a) (I suppose one can compose a v1.0.4 non-compressed by simply using it as base (scripts) and copying over v1.0.3a media assets.)
Looks like the WT mod you installed should be updated to be compatible with it. You could try to fix it yourself, the hint is here:

EDIT: There is one tiny problem though, MBD uses its own link system that can't be directly linked to download, meaning I'd have to re-upload it somewhere in order to share. I'll try GoFile first.

I got the game off Steam, so I'm not 100% certain what version it is without looking back at it. But I also removed the mods, seeing that similar walkthrough files are included in steam version. Ill take another look and see if I can sort it outPlease put that in a spoiler.

I updated my OP with a spoiler tag, so thanks for pointing that out. I can open the text for the mod, but I dont really know what im supposed to fix. Would it make more sense to just get rid of the mod and delete the save and start the game over without the mod? I don't think I really need it TBH.Please put that in a spoiler.

Dunno, are there built-in choice hints? Idr, S2 has them though. I think it's fine without. You can try if your save still loads w/o the mod. It shouldn't mess with your stats. If unsure, yeah, it's always the safest options to start a new game.
My suggestion was to replace `delayed_fade_in_3` with `delayed_fade_in`. I vaguely recall transforms called similar like the former present in S2 scripts, so are you using the right mod? And it seems it isn't actually the one from here / OP by Ripson (that doesn't come with
walkthrough_mod.rpy)? -edit: ah wait, you used the one by Ronnu. Yeah, that's for S2 alright... You can simply follow its removal instructions, no need to start a new game.Ripson's comes with full replacements for quite a number of files, and between 1.0.0 & 1.0.4 there are quite some changes to the 'dialogues' scripts. Mostly audio related though. I added unpacked + decompiled to this post to make Ripson's (or some else's perhaps? They seem busy
) life easier if they decide to pick it up. (Dev note: 1.0.0 == RP 8.3.7, 1.0.x Steam == RP 8.4.0. Decompiled w/ latest 8.4 fixes.)
