The cheat code has no impact on the completion. It only allows the player to see scenes they haven't unlock.

Changelog:

• Add 2 new Charas: Aqua and Tsunade
• Add new scenes with multiple Charas.
• Some pictures are now widescreen for PC players.
• Add version number to the title screen.
• Add a button in the options to change your name.
• Add a button in the options to quit the game.
• Add a checkbox in the options to allow you to skip text with the right mouse button.
• Add a new scene for Chika that should have been there from the beginning
• The message from the developer will come less often.
• The new version was compiled with IL2CPP like Chara Dungeon so it should work on newer phones.
• I changed some stuff in the source code to remove the slowdowns.
• Fix the bug where you can’t uncheck a checkbox in the options.
• Add 2 more rooms to buy to accommodate the new Charas.

I never heard about this so I did a rapid search and it looks like the problem comes from your computer.

But there are pregpills in Chara CC and a short pregnancy scene in Chara Suba
