RPGM - My College Memories [v0.181] [OrphanStudio]

The scenes are extremely short, longer scenes end in a paywall which I wouldn't mind if everything wasn't 5 to 20 lines tops. It's Koikatsu so animations and models are fine, but do yourself a favor and go to the attic where the recolletion room is. There are a lot of "scenes" or rather animations.

How is this highly reviewed? The majority of the scenes are voyeur and are over in a second. There are many characters with little to no scenes, with little meaning or impact that are bare bones shallow, I'm talking 10 scenes, no pen shallow with just five second HJ or BJs. The controls and story feel terrible, I've quit this game several times because of how boring it is to play and how bland it looks with its terrible sex scenes. Do not waste your time.

A huge world with beautiful scenery full of NOTHING, nothing to do but wander around looking for something that isn't there. Prepare for frustration

Hundreds of characters, dozens in each map, none of them talk to you (let's be fair, 99% of them don't talk to you).

Convoluted stats system that you don't know where or how to train, the phone that is supposed to be a guide deceives you, you want to increase agility? go to the park on the weekend there is a weird guy there who trains you says the phone, it was a lie I had to search the forum where dozens of people ask the same question, by the way the guy is in the park only on Friday morning of February 30 when it rains... You want to train strength? go to the gym... where is the gym???? I've gone through the huge map at different times and I can't find it!!! you want to train luck? well.... good luck!

You want to make money? get ready to suffer epilepsy in the strip club, flashes of red, yellow and screaming pink while you have to be attentive to the screen to do the minigame (by the way the minigame is decent if not for the killer flashes).

The controls are horrible! you want to remap them by pressing F1 like in the other RPGM games? what a shame, you can't.

There are a couple of other things that are mediocre that I would normally point out in reviews, but the bad points are so horrendous that the mediocre ones don't matter.

I like the tags and the characters, to be honest i have a high expect for this but, lot of bug like stucking line, black screen, quiting after 4 hours of playing, the teleport gate is placing random asf, the hint is sometime not clear enough make me confused without watch walkthrough on site , just making a guide note or some icon above the main girl, that help the player find those girl easier when a event happen or when have some
interact with the story. Some of the sex scene are kinda lag and it could be better if you make a proper gallery.


And, please remove the sound of car horn on the Downtown, please, that's an unnecessary sound, and make the map so anoying

It's 2024, why do these type of games still exist? The way that this game is design is so bad, like holy, do you want us to play the game or not? Why tf is the map big asf but so empty and useless? Why did we have to sit through a 3min scene of colors switching back and forth giving us cancer? Stop trying to be complicated, just give us a simple game.

sexy characters and extreme good scences. highly recommended. the story is also good. the gameplay have a lot of stats which give gameplay some grind. there is guide and multiple timeline of character which is interesting.

You are required to use a guide, this takes away most of the fun you will have with this visual novel.

The menu navigation is very tedious because buttons like x to exit frequently do not work.

The story is is a complete meme. The only fun part is the porn, but that takes grinding and reading the guide.

Very promising for a first release game..
story wise it's quite okay
but for the gameplay (especially the early version) it's really bad.
thankfully the dev is really active and taking many advices from the community to make it better.

can't say i found many hidden netorare game like this.. one of the good ones really.
and also netorare is avoidable if that's not ur cup of tea..

Very solid basis and content available for an early stage game. Dev is also active and responds to questions, as well as releasing bugfixes. Only advice is use the timesheet/guide if you get stuck, as the in game phone has a tip page on each girl for romance & NTR respectively.

Content wise, very promising on the NTR side, as mystery NTR is rare in the overall NTR genre

I enjoyed playing this game. The art is amazing and i love the concept of ntr changing multiple women and having to track them to see what they are up to. Enjoyed seeing variations to scenes and figuring out how to unlock said scene. Looking forward to many updates in the future.

Rei is so good but some of H event are still confuse and doesn't have an previous event such as Kenta&Emily. Moreover, I really want something like memories room or event re-play that could be fantastic. If it possible please ad name sign of important location for example Train Station, East Downtown, and other else.

I dropped soon into realising the bottleneck the mechanics. on this ugly engine, present

Mechanics
not mouse friendly - trying to enter rooms you need to click the exact hit box to enter
key controls are annoying, mainly; phone uses arrow keys to navigate
tutorial is just lines of text which is quite boring to read through

Gameplay
map is a maze and there's no joy traversing your typical RPGM map
i suspect it's grindy due to the map navigation and fulfilling quests that have your run up and down

Other
English is bad
Koikatsu parody models without any noticeable mods or shaders


Not worth the time, I can find similar sex themes on more fluid games.

Rating something for what it's actually worth instead of promise. It's 2 stars instead of 1 because this release does actually have porn (or at least porn you can extract with an img ripper). However everything else fails, the map is half the reason this game is a gig+ and it doesn't need to be, you'll spend more time running back and forth with no way to skip time, than actually playing the game. If the dev wants to keep this game this large, fast travel is a must as well as a key item that skips time to scene hunt (because we neither have a map or a guide to know when things are happening in the overworld besides a cutscene for a hobo).

The Menu barely works and by that I mean opening it, however the actual usage of it is nothing because either the game's progressing so slow nothing changes or it's genuinely a static UI.

My suggestion for people interested? Download the game, open it, spend a minute using the menu to look at the girls, and then use a file ripper to look at the scenes for those girls that you prefer. You'll save hours and won't miss anything.


Edit: Dev added a walkthrough and is consistently updating but the game is still a chore to navigate so play it with that grain of salt.

It is a promising game. The design of attracting characters and this kind of payment to them is interesting.
The future towards which the story goes seems attractive and interesting. Looking forward to seeing the hottest scenes in the future.
I really like the corruption of the female character to be discussed in detail and to see her corruption slowly.
And finally, thank you for making this interesting game.

good shit but the map is insane gigantic and empty, tons of useless npc, 0 indicationof what i can do and the worst menu ever created.
I hope the creaton fix it a make the game more compact and solid, if something dont add then is useless and rest quality to the game.

Content wise this game has a lot, however its also needs a lot of quality of life and polish. If you don't mind dodgey english, a few soft locks, and a whole lot of not knowing what you're doing this game isn't for you.

If you're okay with saving often, once you work out the phone menu the game is good. Just way less than ideal. Hopefully the dev fixes these in future releases.
