There’s nothing to call, raise, or fold; the loser simply has to remove a piece of clothing, and the winner gets to put one back on.
Without betting, the whole dynamic of the game changes.
May be worth considering that this doesn't have to be the case. Some versions have clothes assigned particular values, so you can raise etc. depending on your hand. Or simply allow raising additional items.
The downside of the current setup is that it's extremely flat. There's no psychological element because there's minimal decision-making at all. All you can do is click up to two cards each round and see what the RNG produces. If your hand's great, that's probably a win but you can't do anything about it. You can't ditch a bad hand to minimise your losses. Getting a straight flush barely matters, and there's no reason to take a risk if you already have an okay hand. It's hardly different from each round being a simple RNG.
To put it bluntly: the dynamic of the game changes because there pretty much
isn't a dynamic.
It's also going to make it difficult to differentiate the girls because you've got very limited ways to make them play differently, either overall or by changing their behaviour as the rounds go on and people start losing clothes.
How much of an issue all of that is depends on your plans of course.
