Took a peek at the Guide in OP, thats a lot of paths and mutually exclusive scenes, or at least it seems like it. Anyone got an idea about how many playthroughs are needed to experience it all? Feels like gotta plan ahead and make a few different combinations, like, do NTR with the slave path, then do girlfriend path and spread points between lily's mom and sister, then one focusing each of them? Like which combinations fit better together and how many would be needed?

I'm wondering the same thing. I've played 3 times; twice with a guide and still managed to miss plenty of scenes. As an example someone posted an image of the MC worshiping Lily's feet, I did a playthrough where he was a submissive and still never saw that.
It feels like some of the scenes require a really specific string of choice be made to see them.
There are specific strings on stuff. Like if you choose only girlfriend stuff and don't sleep with anyone else, you miss out on like 60% or so of the game. Even the NTR is different, to activate it on the bar path lily needs to have more Queen than anything else but, on the college path she needs slave over 4 and to be higher than queen or girlfriend. Chapter 1 has a GF end, Queen end, slave end, then a mean slave end?, Queen ntr end, Slave ntr end and a bad end. All these have scenes, and if you choose the ntr scenes you miss out on the scenes with Lilly. Each path between Bar and College has multiple scenes you only get on their paths.
Chapter 2 has several scenes based on your favor with the mom or sister, basically need to focus one or the other UNLESS you have gone the slave route with Lilly then you can use equal numbers numbers of favor with them both while reaching the needed thresholds, I think its 3 and 3 then 4 and 4 or something the guide tells you, then you can get both of them and Lilly. This gives some scenes in Chapter 3. Its kind of a clunky way of doing things.

The NTR scenes in Chapter 3 could've really used an alternate perspective version where we're solely with Lily and Hector instead of the MC. They're good, but it's pretty ridiculous how passive the MC is. Would've been better if this stuff stayed behind his back, IMO. I hope some of that is coming in the future.

Im surprised you even responded to that. That person is clearly an alt account that they probably use to attack games with content they dont like. They have 2 comments on the entire forums and no likes and the first thing they comment is why NTR lol? I wouldn't pay them any mind. Theres a bunch of people that do this on this site. But I do like your response.
