Which route goes to Dominate route for the main character?

I believe it's the Noah route where you get to dominate him

Is the "post-game" content exclusive to each path, or is it that once you finish your transformation path, you get to access all of that content, regardless of which path you took?

Also, does the Master or any other path involve permanent chastity? Which routes allow for the MC to keep his dick and have sex with girls?

dev doesnt do patch notes but reading through this version just adds a toy store/new end game surgeries

as far as I have experienced in previous versions, yes you do

The fact that the dev does not do a changelog is wild. I hope he isn’t trying to make money off of it in some way. That’s just lazy IMO.

I advice people to save regularly, because there are a lot of dead ends on random dialogue options.
For example if you get too far in the John visits, or some of the surgeries you just get a blank screen with no way of going back (even with the back buttons)
