the hints are now always visible, unless you press H to hide the interface

If I understand that correctly, this means the hints will not disappear when you are in an event.
This is both good and bad because the choice hint will still be there when you get to the choice, but it also clutters the screen.

If you can, I think it would be better to be able to toggle the visibility by clicking on the MC's face icon that's next to the hints.
This way the player could just toggle the visibility when they want without hiding the dialogues. And you could even add a custom hotkey for it.

A little question: the mod is supposed to correct bugs between chapters, am i correct? Then can i submit my save from chapter six, because in the transition, even with the mod installed, the game crashes?

When the game crashes, it should generate a crash log in the game files.
IIRC the file should be in the same place as the .exe and it should be called traceback.txt
You should share that, it has all the info to identify where the problem is coming from.

Have you cheated a lot of arousal points for Lynn by any chance?
I'm asking because the code seems to have a dynamic way to look for the image displayed for the arousal of the girls and the error shows that it's looking for the arousal image that corresponds to Lynn's arousal being at 60 but the images for arousal only goes up to 27.

If you don't have a recent save that's before Lynn's arousal was bumped so high there is a few things you could do to fix the problem while you wait for a proper patch.

First option
Use the console or URM (Universal Renpy Mod) to cheat Lynn's arousal to 27 or below. I have URM linked in my sig if you want to use that.

Second option
Go in the game files in "/game/gui/assets" folder.
You'll see .png files for all the icons of the game like in the screenshot below.

All the circle icons are named "arousalXX.png" (XX represent the number of arousal points a girl has)
Take any of the full circles files (for example "arousal27.png") and make a bunch of copies of it and rename them to "arousal28.png", "arousal29.png" and so on until you reach "arousal60.png"

I'm really glad beyond words, for this. After few years, i can finally keep playing this game. and, believe it or not, i simply... grinded Lynn. Because i wanted to see if there was the chance to go beyond 100 affection and arousal.

I don't think this is a problem with the mod, it's most likely a renpy bug or maybe a bug form the base game.
Seems like renpy is detecting 2 identical save files.

Go to "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming/RenPy/"
Make a backup of the "Myearlylife-1673364786" folder just in case and then delete it.

Since renpy saves both in the game files and the system files when you launch the game again after deleting the saves from the system files it will create new copies from the saves in the game folder.

If this doesn't work and/or your saves don't show up in game, don't panic, just copy the backed up folder back in
"C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming/RenPy/"

And send screenshots of what is in the "Myearlylife-1673364786" folder and any sub-folder so I can maybe help further.

As far I can tell those screen shot don't show what is in the sub-folder "sync".
Look in there, if there is any file with the same names as the ones in the main folder, those might be the culprits.

Another possibility is that the problem is coming from the saves in the game files "/game/save" folder.
Backup that folder as well just in case.

To get the cleanest save file structure possible you can try to delete everything in both save locations except for 1 "persistent" file and 1 save file "2-1-LT1" in your case seems to be your current save file.

If that still doesn't work then, either your game is broken or your save files are broken.
