How is it sharing or NTR if you aren't in a relationship with either of them and the MC has not realized nor stated intent to be in one?

With how old your account is you should be well aware of the fights over what counts as NTR here and the most accepted one is if love interests have sex with other people without permission of the MC. This is used here because it causes the least amount of problems because while it isn't exactly NTR a large amount of people here don't want to watch love interest fuck other people and don't give a fuck that they aren't in a relationship yet.

it likely exist but the art is likely not that good, or how the history progress is just rushed with something basic like kiss/handjob/blowjob/sex/anal something like that, what this game have is nice characters and nice progression without rushing for a sex scene asap with mc
