Gave it one extra star because objectively, both the pixel art and with the actual CG were actually very good (so long as you enjoy humongous tits and exaggerated blowjob face, which I do). Honestly, if you just want to view those, it is just better to play until you can control the GF and then go to town to enjoy the various scenes, switching outfits as you wish, or just load a completed game for the recollection/gallery save.
Aside from the art though, I give it a completely garbage score because of one thing: The fact that the developer probably gave up halfway through - essentially, when he actually had to make the "answer" half of the game.
Even if you ignore how fast it all seem to go down in the first half - seemingly everything took place within 3-4 days - at least it put together everything in a cohesive whole. The GF is obviously getting either stolen away by the rich boy acting all innocent and needy, or being blackmailed by the senpai until she fell. The BF was dense as hell, and partway through, the GF was already getting tired of him and accepting her new partner. Depending on what route you end up following, it seems she finally gave in to her chosen partner. Taking refuge in the mother-son play with the rich boy that seems to pay attention to her or giving in fully to become a slutty prostitute to the senpai. After that, the scenario seems to imply that someone killed them in response to her infidelity and/or your suicide in seeing said infidelity. This should all tie together nicely for you to attempt to both save her and prevent the cucking.
However, the second half of the game becomes very sloppy very quickly. At first, it gives you the chance to seemingly stop the senpai from seeing your GF after school, where as before you had no choice but to let her go. That seemed to imply you were going to be able to change things... only for your next obvious fix choice, where you would stop the rich boy from going off with your GF, to be blocked outright by the game. Apparently time travel had some effects, causing you to freeze up at very unfortunate times.
That would not be too bad, since this would have been a good set up for multiple time loops, where you became more aware of each time she was corrupted (also giving ample opportunity for more BF POV NTR) and how you would get around your freezing limitation. Perhaps by changing the venue of your date the freezing might have not mattered, for example.
But no. That's not how it was played. Immediately, you find out that this is already your final loop. No more chances after this. Not only that, but as you progress past this discovery, you as the player can quickly see that the only thing really prevented was the first blowjob scene with the senpai after school. Since the BF immediately starts worrying more over the death of the GF rather than her inevitable betrayal for some reason, all other scenes - including those we were not able to get a hint of, like the AV video the senpai took early on to strengthen his blackmail - apparently still happen. I The only things missing are the final "transformations" into the slut mom or gyaru prostitute. Everything else? You just happened to see them from the GF's point of view this time.
At that point, you already have to wonder what was the point of the time travel plot anyway, but the scenario further breaks down with the free roaming scenes as the GF that I mentioned earlier. For some reason, she gets into town and starts getting herself into ridiculous situations with absolutely no build up. She can be made to enter - without any complaint or reason to be there - into the men's bath after a single scene of harassment from the bathhouse owner. In another instance, she goes into the slums/abandoned construction site and upon seeing a hole in the wall... apparently just decides she has to go through it. Finally, she has extra scenes while dressing up as the slut mom or slut gyaru... but I as I mentioned before, the final transformation into those two outfits hasn't even occurred yet in this half of the game, so we don't really have a good reason for those to be there.
All in all, rather than a time travel story, this would have better been served as a BF POV scenario for the first half (the question) and the GF POV for the second half (the answer). It would have even fit the names of the scenarios too. The question was why did this happen from the BF side, and the answer could be seen on the second half.
Bringing time travel to it was completely unnecessary. Especially when the other part of it, the murder mystery, was resolved so half-hardheartedly by the boyfriend just... offloading the other two boys to the random thirsty MILF, without ever finding out WHY the GF was killed or by whom... or even if she had already been corrupted or not.
Nothing more than a final nail in the coffin showing that the game was rushed to completion faster and faster.
