Doesn't really matter if you have experienced one or two situations in your life. You take the stereotype. You wouldn't say I saw a guy with dwarfism so we can't call a canonically adult 4'8 MC short or that he looks like a kid.
These people just finished Uni. These people should be ~23 and everyone looks like it except the MC. The contrast between everyone and the MC along with the baldness and beard plays into "older" look even more. Also idk what games you're playing but I've never seen these kinds of games have the femboy look.

It was discussed already, there will be NTR depending on choices it seems. Most likely, I assume, based on what is said, you'll make choices where his girlfriend will do activities with other men without telling the MC about it, unlike agreed to. So despite being in an open relationship, they will pretty much be cheating. And if your choices are the MC remains faithful during it (and maybe even rejecting all other girls, so not even being open), NTR will be happening.
If it's what I think it is, it's simply just the NTR is your choice. It also sounds like the reverse can happen too. You can make choices so the girlfriend remains faithful, and the MC is doing stuff with others without her consent at all. Arguably a reverse kind of NTR, personally the one I'm more interested in seeing.
If you both are doing stuff with others, and telling each other, you're basically going down the NTS route (netorase). And, there's at least one other character you can potentially steal another girl from a different character (netori). Basically, it has all your different kinds of NTR kinks in it, and more, but it will be based on your choices, not forced on you if I'm not misunderstanding. Therefore, if all you want is the MC to get cucked, it sounds like you'll get your wish, just make the right choices for it.
Oh, forgot to add, but as of this current version, (v0.1), there's no NTR "yet". Just it sounds like it's the creator's plans for the future.

Ok, I just went through it. So I understand the conversation with Sierra is a bit forced on you, but you can fully steer the conversation where you don't come out being after her. The minimum points you can earn is 1, you're kind of forced into that by the second time she asks you Truth or Dare. The Truth you're mostly just admitting you're a pervert, not quite that you're into her and trying to cheat on your GF. And your GF is well aware before that you're a pervert as admitted. The Dare is sending pic of MC in underwear. Every other choice can be avoiding flirty responses, and even by the end, the MC will question if he was about to cheat, and say he can't fall for a slut like her.
I understand though, it was kind of out of your control a bit, just saying the dialogue there by selecting the correct options can be a bit redeeming if that helps at all.

Lame fashion sense. No personality. It feels like her appeal is that her boyfriend's a cunt so buttering her up can be some kind of revenge kick, but that's not enough for me.
And the questions I can ask her in Truth or Dare? I don't care. I want to ask her mother's maiden name, the name of her first pet, the numbers on the back of her credit card, and the expiration date.
When Anna starts sucking Alex's cock, it hits so hard the game turns back to Italian for a moment. Sucking your soul out makes you italian, it makes so much sense now.
The poll seems premature. There's not much chance to get to grips with the characters in this early slice. Momo's face and hair are too hostile, all the girls already have that volatility energy in this, I don't think she needed it too. Well, I guess Anna doesn't have much toxic vibes to her. I think it'd be better to have a spread of pacing styles across the characters, with some being more modest from the start and show less skin. Some characters instantly into the action. Variety is the reason to have multiple characters to choose form in the first place, isn't it? But that's really a matter of taste. Not my game, just my opinions.

The NTR route with Anna will be 100% Optional. My idea is to have a couple differents Route for her relationship with MC (Pure Love, NTR/NTS, Cheating)
I can anticipate that the part where she will start to betray the protagonist by consensus then could get out of hand
But at the moment I have only written the plot from beginning to end of the story. There will be many optional Paths and they will reflect the wishes of my parents (especially from the fetish side)
The idea is that Sierra found Alex attractive and then she jumped at the chance to write him and flirt with him. This could not be a choice as the role of Sierra in the plot will be continuous in the next chapters, but where you will have more control in your decisions... Obviously if you haven’t "dreamed" too much of picking up that 'pick me' girl

I never thought to ask the name of Sierra’s first animal or her mother’s surname, but if she ever has a credit card in her name I’ll let you know
For the rest I can tell you that my idea was to look visually attractive. I wanted to show what I learned with AI CG and I know I want to improve a lot on this aspect, but the result has satisfied me to the point of publishing the current version. In the next versions there will be a greater focus on dialogues with Anna, the beginning of their potentially troubled relationship, with Shego and Luna there will be interesting aspects to what happened in this chapter, etc.
I hope to convince you to give my project a second chance in the future, but anyway thanks for playing my first game

It simply freezes after start, and crashes (with the Windows prompt to shut it down poping up).

Well it stereotype to say everyone finish uni at 25, there some people that does more then one course in Uni to get several different degrees on top masters and bachelors, so who knows he can be much older and be with a younger girl, his gf doesn't look exactly 24 either, Anna does fit his looks imo.
